Overall this process was a huge disappointment. On the bright side, the pickup movers were professional and seemed to care about our goods while packing them and the packaging that was done. After the goods were in the pickup van things began to unravel. I didn`t agree with the cubic footage but the movers wouldn`t change the cubic foot amount. After the pickup crew leftI noticed a large amount of fresh oil stains on our concrete driveway, a damaged door, and several tape rolls and pieces of tape laying around. I had to try to clean the oil stains but all of my cleaning supplies were on their way to Kentucky. The delivery driver was very unprofessional. He smoked on our porch and in our garage. He used vulgar language. He was also unprepared. He apparently sent a craigslist ad out to get help with the unloading, but only one person showed up. That person wasn`t a professional mover and was missing for at least an hour during the unloading. As stated above, the movers didn`t unpackage everything, didn`t reassemble all of our items, and didn`t take directions correctly. I had damages to my tv, dryer, freezer, weight bench, and Harley. My motorcycle cubic footage is approximately 6`x3`x4`. During pickup I was charged for the full height of the trailer because they couldn`t stack on top of the bike. Upon delivery, I noticed that items were stacked on top of my motorcycle to the full height of the vehicle. Therefore, I was charged an extra 6`x3`x6` of storage that I shouldn`t have been charged. 6`x3`x6` = 108 cf 108 X 3.95 = $426.60. .

Look for another company to move and not these guys. We had lodge numerous complaints in order for us to finally get our goods. Please don't try these guys.

Worst Experience I have ever had!

Hired for my grandmothers move to Florida, they quoted $3143.81 for 857 cubic feet, when they picked up items in CO we refused to sign loading paperwork because they looked at it and said - oh more like 1200 cubic feet & wouldn't measure, did not stack to top of truck because they said truck delivering would be shorter. I called and was told we would get a remeasure upon delivery. Instead they came with a huge truck & said they would not re-measure because our stuff was in the back and the transport service they hired ( a 3rd party) didn't measure by cubic feet - just weight, which they did not know because there were 3 households on our truck and ours was in the back, but being delivered first. Then they said the used a larger truck so is could not get into the neighborhood we had to pay an additional $500 cash to the driver to put in a different truck or we could unload it in the parking lot where they parked and handle it ourselves. There were several conversations where he threatened to hold her stuff hostage or take it somewhere else if we didn't pay the driver of the 3rd party cash and take him to rent a smaller truck. Credit card was charged almost double estimate, we finally a day later and several hours later than he said he would be had the "mover" in his slip on open toed sandals move from one truck to another and got a measurement we had him sign off on - called Kevin - who is the owner but goes by Kevin because he does not like to use his real name he said he would send a check for difference - 2 1/2 months later and several phone calls and email, still no refund. Items were opened and tossed into larger because so they could charge us for boxes and packing, they were already packed and marked Packed by owner as they requested. there were large holes in…

    Horrible move!

Move was awful! We were quoted a price, then the price was increased; then when the truck arrived they wanted $2000.00 cash more or the truck wouldn't be unloaded. We were told there were professional movers at both ends, but when truck arrived with only driver & 1 helper, we were required to go pick up migrant workers at Home Depot to unload. Not professionals. When truck was unloaded, MOST items were damaged, & about half were severely damaged. We contacted the company but haven't had any satisfaction. This was all last August and we've been too upset to try to pursue it. I still hope to get some communication from them. We're elderly and this is very hard to deal with. We did pay the extra $2000.00 cash so the move turned out to be about double our original quote. .

Looked around for a moving company to move from Houston ,Texas to Norfolk, Virginia. Got a new duty location. Personel over the phone will give you a cheap quote for the item you are taking, which sounds reasonable. They don't explain the entire process, for packing, extra items. Moved a 3 bedroom house. Original quote was about 2000. They hire any body in town to come in,pack your items, then get a random loader transport. Towards the end, ended paying 2500 extra for about 9 items more.. all it was was a bag of hangers, a small cabinets, small stuff that can fit in a SUV. I wad fed up with their timeline that I just agreed to pay whatever as long ad they hurried up. They damaged my tv screen and a few item. Overall, it was a horrible experience. Do not choose this company.

DO NOT USE All Services Movers.

My experience with All Services Movers has been the worst experience I have ever had moving and one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I selected this company for my move from Austin to San Francisco based on promises on their web site and the sales person (Scott) regarding their pledge to treat my household goods carefully and to provide courteous service. They were not the low price bidder. Pick up The moving crew that picked my items up in Austin took an extremely long time to complete my relatively small job. They were unprofessional and worked very slowly. My roommate at the time joked that they must be getting paid by the hour due to their inefficiency. The team also showed up much later than agreed on. Prior to the movers coming, I had spent a considerable amount of time wrapping my furniture in plastic and bubble wrap to protect it. It is a good thing that I did so, because they were not all careful with my belongings. I had to insist that the large furniture was wrapped in pads and I had to correct the movers more than once, instructing them NOT to put tape directly on painted surfaces to protect the item. Their inventory sheet proved to be incomplete and they left items (a remote control I specifically asked to be wrapped with my TV) behind. Storage/In Transit Communication with All Services Movers after the pick up of my belongings was extremely poor. I had to call several times, was frequently placed on hold and found representatives to be rude and not helpful. Storage costs were not well communicated and I was overcharged for storing my belongings. Finally, I have a message saved stating my items would be delivered between the 18th and 21st of January. The delivery did not take place until Friday the 23. Delivery After waiting for two…

    Worst move ever.

Worst move ever. Most of our things were damaged. Driver showed up in flip flops and pajama bottoms, charged an extra $1200 for packing materials and labor. Labor my family did. They came at 1pm and did not leave until 3:30 am. In my quote I told the estimator I have moved 20 times I need two large trucks. They showed up in a rented budget truck. I asked if another was on its way, th driver said they would call one if needed. They left behind a lot of items when I callled the next day to get them picked up they refused. Delivery was late. My boxes looked like they were tossed off the truck several times. They takes months getting back to you on your claim. They ruined antique furniture , bikes, crushed boxes ,broken dishes. Do not use them. Run away. They offered $135 on my claim. They damaged my $7000 bed and so many other things. Please look at my pictures to see how your stuff will be delivered.

Mark was very good during the sales stagfe and called almost everyday. As soon as I signed the contract, he stopped calling and would not respond to me. He was only focused on the sale and clearly had no interest in how the move actually went. We contacted the company with ONE MONTHS notice. They pretended not to have been notified though we have phone and email records. Then they delivered our things to us TWO WEEKS after we moved in and TWO WEEKS after the date we had set. Lastly and most importantly, they brokered with a poor driver who picked up day laborers for the unload. Boxes had been crushed a rolled and stacked very poorly. Broken glass was all over the truck. They gave me boxes that were not mine, and failed to give me some of my items. When called about this, they pretend to listen, take not notes and then do nothing. We are hiring an attorney and initiating a claim. .

Reconsider using All Services Movers Inc. located in 6555 Romiss Ct in Missouri and the secondary office located in Houston Texas. The so called "certified logistics consultants" appear to be helpful and diligent with providing information and quotes you will be very very sorry you ventured into this relationship with All Services Movers Inc. I had been told a rentlentless list of lies and felt extorted by this company which is criminal. The sales staff will tell you the movers are professional, experienced, can stack and pack a truck professionally, will break down and set up-wrap carefully and respectfully your items to be moved to then reset up. Doesn't happen. Your items will not be handled more than necessary. OHHH so doesn't happen. I don't care what gage box you use. I used the best heavy gage boxes. Promised the storage is secure, safe, clean, staff are legal employees of the company and not temps hired off the street. well from time of signing the contract with this company it's been heart wrenching and devastating to say the least. Turns out movers show up..not experienced, not licensed, temp workers and coached to charge for more footage by their management. True event: One mover didn't have a license to drive the rental truck. Suggested cash money on the side to load items and not charge extra footage as directed by management. Which I had provided a detailed inventory list with measurements for total quote on the footage for this move. Bottom line the company doesn't live up to what you are told from the sales to the actual experience in dealing with the movers and the dispatch management is going to cost you headaches, relentless stress and prolonged destination dates. No setting up, not enough movers to unpack the truck. They "tried" to collect the…

All Service Movers - DO NOT USE THEM.

This company GROSSLY under quotes (Quoted $923 paid $1650). I was charged almost double what was quoted. We had everyting packed and ready to go so there was no suprises for the movers (3 bedroom townhome to a 3 bedroom house). We were charged extra for things (plastric fruniture wrap) that I was told would be included..and I was only told that we would be charged at the end of the day after the movers had used the wrapping so there was no choice at that point to not wrap items. They also wrapped items I feel didn't need to be wrapped. Our move inlcuded loading one day and then holding our stuff until the next morning and then unloading the over night fee was reasonable ($150 included in the the quote). We paid 70% of the quote the first day ($646). The next morning when the movers showed up (without calling ahead, so no one was even at the new house yet) they held our belongings hostage until we paid the rest of the amount owed (which we were told was determined by the manager)..this moved was charged by the hour, we paid before they even started unloading. Unloading did not take the amount time that we were charged. Items were also damaged, which according the contract you have to tell them right then and there if something is damaged, which is ridiculous to think that anyone has time to inspect all their belongings while the movers are unloading. We moved 7 miles from one house to the next and was charged $1650..my father in-law has moved states for that much (hired movers). I was told the extra charges ect. were coming from their manager, whether that is true or not who knows. I tried to call and speak to manager that same day and I was told someone would call me back, which has never happened. Even though the movers themselves were very polite, overall I would…
