What is on each list
Each checklist is a normal page with a print layout: the site header and footer drop away when you print, and the boxes stay. Ticks you make on screen are saved in this browser only, on this device, so a printed copy is the way to share progress with someone holding the keys. Your ticks are not sent to us. The counts below come from the lists themselves, so they change when a list does.

- Moving-day list: 12 items in 3 stages, before the crew arrives, during the load, at the new place.
- First-night list: 11 items in 3 stages, the bag that rides with you, kids and animals, before you lock the old door.
- 12-week international: 12 items in 4 stages, 12 weeks out, 8 weeks out, 4 weeks out, 1 week out.
- US change of address: 9 items in 3 stages, federal and mail, state and local, banks, work, school.
The neighbor notice is the one printable that is not a list. Fill in the street, the date, the truck and the hours, then print it and post it where the truck will park before moving day. If the building needs a certificate of insurance or a freight elevator slot, the building letters tool writes those requests.
