How verification works

Find your listing
Search by name or USDOT. We hold 4,861 review profiles and 9,119 FMCSA household-goods records; almost every licensed mover is already here.

Confirm your email
A six-digit code. A work email on the company's own domain verifies the account on the spot.

We check the business match
USDOT, legal name, and the phone on the FMCSA record. When the checks do not clear on their own, a person on our desk calls the number on the licence record, not the one you typed.

Fill in the profile
Logo, photos of trucks and crew, hours, fleet size, services, service area, payment methods. Everything you save goes live once the account is verified.
What the account cannot do
- Remove, edit, or hide a review. A reply is the tool.
- Publish a phone number or email in the profile text. Haulest sells its own quote line and passes the request to licensed movers.
- Buy a better position. Directory order is review volume and licence status, printed on every list.
- Post reviews. The account holder, colleagues, and relatives agree not to review any mover on the site.
