What fits: truck, boxes, containers
Start from your home size for a quick answer, or build the list room by room. Either way you get the volume and weight, the truck size with each brand's truck, the containers, and the boxes.

A shuttle is unlikely unless the driveway is a dirt track or a low branch.
Volumes and weights are industry planning averages (about 7 lb per cubic foot); light and packed move a typical home's volume by a fifth either way. Truck and container sizes are the cubic feet each company prints, with 10 percent spare. Not a survey and not a bid.
How sure is this?
A home size gives a typical load; your list gives yours. Both use industry planning averages for each item, so a written estimate still needs a video or in-home survey: the rooms to film list covers what a mover needs to see. Stairs, a long carry or a tight street can mean a smaller truck and a shuttle, whatever the volume.
Truck sizes are on the size pages, with each brand's inside dimensions and max load. For an ocean move, quotes are in cubic metres; switch the units.
