I used ABF for an interstate move from Rochester,NY to Jackson, MS. I had a 2 bedroom apartment and I am glad I ordered 3 cubes!! I had both my son’s and my stuff. They dropped my cubes off (someone has to sign for them being delivered) and picked them up 2 days later on Friday. I paid the extra money to guarantee delivery by the next Friday. They were ready on Tuesday!! They kept the cubes and delivered Friday late afternoon (have to sign for the cubes being delivered). The least stressful part of doing a long distance move was using ABF Freight and the Relo cubes!! Would highly recommend using the trailer (cheaper) but no room at my apartment complex to leave a trailer

Avoid ABF. If your move is perfectly (and I mean perfectly) straight forward, you will probably be fine. If your move, like 90%, has complications or places you need a partner committed to communication and service, you will be trouble with ABF. Just to be safe, avoid ABF! No commitment to sustainable customer service and no interest in your satisfaction once the check clears. Avoid!!
