Terms of use
Haulest is a research and quote website. If you use it, these terms apply. If you do not agree, do not send the form and do not call for a quote through this site.
This page is a counsel draft as of 17 September 2026. It describes how Haulest works today. It is not legal advice. Counsel should review it before we treat it as final.
Who we are
Haulest is operated by Panaweb LLC, doing business as Haulest, Panaweb LLC, 8 The Green, Suite 6536, Dover, DE 19901. Email info@haulest.com. Call +1 (866) 961-9682. These terms are an agreement between you and Panaweb LLC.
What this site is
haulest.com publishes moving research for the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom: cost tools, checklists, city and corridor notes, official lookups, and mover reviews. You can call +1 (866) 961-9682 or send From, To, date, and home size for a callback. We may introduce your request to licensed movers who can quote that job.
We are not a household-goods carrier. We do not operate trucks. We do not hold US interstate operating authority. We do not claim a national UK remover licence or a Canadian federal mover licence — those licences do not exist in that form. A conversation with us is not a booking to haul your goods. Read we are not a carrier.
Quotes and introductions
If you submit the form, Panaweb LLC and licensed movers we introduce to that request may use the details you typed — From, To, date, home size, name, phone, and email — to call, text, or email you about that move. That share is the service you asked for. It is not a public directory listing of your phone number.
A number you hear on the phone is from a mover, or it is a planning conversation that still needs a mover’s written estimate. It is not a Panaweb LLC tariff. Tick the box on the form only if you agree. The box is explained on Consent. How we store the request is on Privacy.
Planning ranges
Calculators and city pages show labeled research ranges with a date. They are guides. They are not bids, not not-to-exceed prices, and not a promise that a crew will appear for that figure. How US, Canada, and UK estimates actually work is on Estimate policy. How we label a number is on Methodology.
Reviews
Review pages show dated rows we already have. Stars and counts are computed from those rows. We will not invent a site-wide star total. A tiny source name sits on the review row. That is the only place a source brand appears. You cannot write a new review into that set from this site today. A card or a thread is not an endorsement, a licence check, or a booking. Official business listings may be added later; until they are, a name on a review card is not a Places profile and is not a claim that we inspected the van.
Lookups and other sites
Licence tools send you to official registers (FMCSA, Companies House) or show a dated snapshot when the official feed fails. Government pages and mover sites have their own terms. We do not control them.
Your use of the site
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and in any case at least 18 to send a quote request. Use the site for a real move you are planning, or to read the research. Do not scrape reviews into another database. Do not send a form with someone else’s phone number. Do not attack, overload, or impersonate the site. Do not use the research pages as a bid you present as ours.
Our materials
The Haulest wordmark, layout, tools, and original copy belong to Panaweb LLC. You may link to a page. You may not copy the site as a product, frame it, or reuse the wordmark as if you were us.
As-is, and how far our liability goes
The site is provided as-is. Research can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. A mover we introduce can be late, expensive, or a poor fit. We do not promise a result from a call. To the extent the law allows, Panaweb LLC is not liable for the acts of a mover, for reliance on a planning range, or for review text written by someone else. If a court finds us liable anyway, our aggregate liability for a claim about this site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100), or the smallest larger amount the law in your place requires. Nothing here limits liability the law does not let us limit (for example fraud, or death or personal injury we cause by negligence where that bar is not allowed).
Counsel has not finished a dispute-resolution clause. Until they do, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in Delaware may hear a dispute. Mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the new version.
