• Calculators, checklists, routes, US/CA/UK, thank-you, and official notes remade from live comps: why + one Call + form + data. City and corridor cards print the 2-bed research band. No photo gallery.
• Legal pages rewritten as counsel drafts after live Yelp / marketplace research. New /terms. Privacy, consent, cookies, not-a-carrier, estimate policy, and methodology are documents — no photo hero.
