Home Scan

How it works

1. Tell it your home type and bedrooms. It builds a list of spaces, including the ones people forget: garage, attic, basement, closets, shed, a storage unit.
2. In each space, follow the shot guide: doorway, each wall, closets open, under the bed. The phone suggests what it sees.
3. Confirm, fix, or add items. Mark what is not coming. Answer one question about how full the closets and shelves are, and it counts boxes.
4. A final check asks about the usual misses: wall-mounted TVs, outdoor gear, things at another address, appliances that stay.
5. You get a volume and weight range with the reasons behind it, a box and supplies list, and a truck and crew size.

What you can do with it

• Share a read-only link with any mover. Every edit makes a new version, so a quote can name the version it used.
• Ask Haulest for quotes with the inventory attached.
• Keep the "not moving" list for selling, donating, or leaving behind.
• Sign in with your email (no password) and your homes are saved to your Haulest account: change phones without losing a room, or edit the list on a computer.

What it will not do

It will not price your move or book a mover. A list from a phone is a survey input, not a bid; your mover confirms it, and interstate moves need the mover's own survey. Read video survey versus an in-home visit for when a person still has to see the stairs.

Your photos

Photos stay on your phone. They leave it only if you turn on cloud scan for a room (sent to our AI provider for that one request, not kept by Haulest) or attach them to a report you share. Location data is stripped first. Details in the privacy notice.

Getting it

Home Scan is free on Google Play for Android phones. The iPhone version is waiting on App Store review; join the list beside this and we will email you once when it is out. On a computer, use the room-by-room inventory tool on the web, then call. A person takes the quote today. Haulest is not a carrier.
