Get a quoteCounted across the 818 dated rows we hold for Miami movers, as of 29 Oct 2026. A mention is a phrase match, not a verdict; some rows say the opposite. Open the thread before you judge a mover.
Phrase families across 818 Miami rows, as of 29 Oct 2026. Counted by regex over title and body.
| Phrase family | Rows | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Held our things, would not unload, hostage | 31 | 4% |
| Estimate changed, price went up, extra charges | 53 | 6% |
| Damage, broke, scratched, dented | 272 | 33% |
| Late, delay, delivery window | 98 | 12% |
| No-show, never showed, cancelled on us | 25 | 3% |
| Careful, wrapped, padded | 133 | 16% |
| On time, early, punctual | 118 | 14% |
Rows where a reviewer says the mover held their goods, would not unload, or demanded more than the paper before delivery. On a US interstate move that is the pattern 49 CFR 375.407 exists for.
Rows that mention damage, breakage, scratches, or dents. A mention is not a verdict; some rows say nothing was damaged. Read the thread. Then read what the claim rule says.
How to file a damage claimReleased value vs full valueBill of lading
Rows that mention lateness, delay, or the delivery window. On an interstate move the window on the bill of lading is the promise, and reasonable dispatch is the rule.
Rows where a reviewer says the crew never came, cancelled on the day, or could not be reached. Paper first, then a plan B you can call by noon.
Rows that mention the estimate going up, extra or hidden charges, or paying more than quoted. Whether that was lawful depends on one line on the estimate: binding or non-binding.
