   Do Not Use Under Any Circumstance.

   This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not use. We used move management to ship about 8 boxes from the USA to the UK. We booked it several motnsh in advance. They were supposed to come and pick up the boexes the day before we left for a holiday before we returned to the UK however noone turned up. After contacting them we spoke to the rudest customer service person I have ever encountered. She was called Barbie. She said she would get someone to pick up the boxes the next day so we had to leave them in the apartment. For the next two weeks I phoned multiple times a day to find out when they were picking up the boxes. They lied to be me on multiple locations, were rude, ignored my called, NEVER called me to deal with the situation. Eventually they picked the boxes up. This was at the end of May 2017. It is now Mid September and we STILL do not have our stuff. We have just had an invice from the company they use in the UK for 660 pounds. They have tod us that Move Management have ignored their calls and ot sent them through the correct paper work which has meant they have had to pay for our stuff to stay in storage for two extra weeks. They have sent us the proof of this and told us it is not our fault. They told Move Management that they were causing extra costs and they did not care. They then told the UK arm they had to charge us. We are currently in conversations with other victims of this company to take legal action. Look at other reviews over the internet. Everyone has the same issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
