If keys slip to 3pm, the van is on the clock. Ask what waiting time costs before you celebrate a cheap figure. There is no national UK remover licence.

Completion day is a slot
Solicitors release keys when they release keys. The van does not care about your chain. A terrace with no rear access plus a 3pm key is overtime before the sofa moves.
ULEZ sits on the London end if the van is not already compliant. That is a daily charge, not a vibe.
What to get in writing
The waiting-time hourly clock, when it starts, and whether goods-in-transit covers boxes you packed. A lot of policies do not.
Companies House name, insurance limit, and whether the crew on the day matches the website. Man-and-van is cheaper until a sofa will not pivot on the stair.

Usually you, unless the quote already named a grace period. Ask before completion day, not at 3pm on the curb.
Does ULEZ count as waiting time?
No. ULEZ is a charge on the van. Waiting time is the crew standing still. Both can sit on one invoice.
