When purchasing services from PODS, be aware that if you have medical equipment/devices, and/or medication that you are transporting and reliant on, PODS is completely unbothered and unempathetic to your needs. They have delayed my equipment by over two weeks, even after I've escalated within their Customer Support and Advocacy department, explaining the urgency of the situation. BUYER BEWARE.

The sellers of our new house made the mistake of using PODs. Their container was scheduled to be picked up Thursday last week before we took possession of the house. Then Saturday. Then sometime Monday -Thursday this week. Finally Thursday morning we get a scheduled time slot of 1:15 to 4:15. No show. No communication about the no show. My husband called corporate that evening and was promised an update the next morning. He didn't hear anything back. Reaching out to the social media team who replies to negative reviews gets us some communication at least. They are very polite over email, explaining it's a busy time of year.They have said it will be picked up tomorrow…

I guess for an emergency move across states at the time the price was decent. However customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Whenever there is any issue with billing, refunds, etc. You get ping ponged between departments and no one wants to help resolve the issue. Its a constant fight and explaining the same situation to 4+ people every time. Super frustrating, and even if you try to explain the situation they refuse to help then transfer you again. Expect 2hr+ calls every time.

Terrible experience with PODS. Had a confirmed delivery for 10/16, which had been booked a month prior, delivery timeframe given of 3pm-6pm even. No POD showed up during delivery window, after calling all evening, we were told several times it is still on the way. The following day when speaking with PODS customer service and corporate supervisors we still were never able to get a confirmed delivery that day, or even any time soon. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TO DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE PLANNED TIMELINES FOR MOVING!!!

I reserved my pod TWO months ago. Date of delivery was September 15, 2023. Then they changed it to the 20th! Never called me I just happened to see it on line. I had to make ten phone calls to move it to the 16thbut they won’t even tell me the time of day! I have three people I flew from Boston to Florida that are leaving on Monday September 18th. This potentially gives me ONE DAY with my family to unpack. I am 67 years old. I’ve now had to rent an airbnb for four people for one night, now maybe two. They should be ashamed of themselves and their poor customer service that puts me on home and disconnects me. I posting everywhere I can to avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible experience with Pods. Their customer service is a joke. They damaged my driveway by gouging it out at multiple points and have made it practically impossible to file a claim. No email, can only call, but then there are long wait times, and I was also disconnected several times. Total frustration. Was told that I would receive a call back which never came, still they refuse to send a email. They probably don't want any documentation of their horrible service. Went through three agents after many hours on the phone but after all this they mixed up my claim with a different customer! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

When ordering my POD I just ordered one as I was reassured that I would get another if needed well the same day my POD arrived I realized I would need the other one however the PODS phone rep refused to give me the same price as was promised so now they will lose my business of getting a second one

I USED PODS THEY ARE THE WORST. THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION AND THEN DOUBLE CHARGE YOU. ZERO CUTOMER SERVICE YOU CANNOT GET ANYTHING RESOLVED THEY DONT GIVE A CRAP. READ AL THE BAD REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GET SCREWED AND HOSED ROYALLY!!!! THEY SUCK AND SUCK MORE!!!
