I am totally lucky to know this company. Because when it comes to moving, I would just call them and they would just show up and move my things in a whip. I don't even say a word and they just start moving. They have this initiative to work. Nice moving skills, keeping the improvements everytime I hire them. Great! Now I am confident to tell that I WOULD LOVE TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! A good choice for me, and THIS MUST BE A GOOD CHOICE FOR YOU!

I love how this guys approach their client. I never felt like strangers to them, its like we've been their clients in the past. You can see the enormouse professionalism, the great characters of each movers who went into my apartment and moved my things. Two thumbs-up to the manager for sending me these [EDIT] good guys for such a very successfull moving. .

I had past experiences when it comes to moving services in which it is due to my work. I know how hard it is to move stuff because I have done it before on my own but then decided to hire a professional service. Somehow this company, Altitude Movers, excelled in many areas. From their quotes, packing and moving, to the movers themselves.. everything was done professionally. I have never experience such amazing service like the ones they have given and this is why I have no doubts of recommending them to others.

I have been looking a moving service that really excels in giving excellent service and not giving me a headache in the end. After googling for a possible service, I came across this one and it seemed they have quite a good reputation and the reviews seemed to say good things about them. So I ended choosing this company. I am so pleased with their service. They were indeed fast and careful as well. Managed to keep things in check. They easily move around the house while carrying something big like it was nothing. And they rates were really great too! It's like I hit jackpot in choosing Altitude Movers.

Amazing people from Altitude Movers that really deserves the best rating for their excellent service. I don't know anyone who could recommend me to a good moving service so I just did my own research and got wind of this company. I also read other reviews about them from other sites and I was convinced that this might be the one for me. Luckily, I hit jackpot from this company. The movers were amazing! Truly professional in their work that I was relieved that I did chose them over the rest. Everything was done in a day too!

The most important thing about a move is that the movers show up on time and wrapp everything fast and good. I got that and more from this guys. I got free wrapping paper for my glass and a few free boxes that I needed for some furniture I took apart. I also didn't got any hidden fees when they bill came, I paid exactly what the quote was. This company was very professional and honest about the entire process ! I was amazed on how fast and well they wrapped everything, after a long day of moving I was very satisfied with them.

BBB encourages you to contact the PUC's Customer Care Unit at (303) 894-2000, option 4, to confirm this information. Trying to get to the move to even happen was a difficult endeavor. We scheduled it. No big deal. Then they called to say that they overbooked and would give me a discount to change the move date. I agreed. On the day of the move their dispatch team incorrectly booked me for 2 movers and no truck. When I called to explain the issue, the dispatch person angrily told me that I scheduled it wrong and it was my fault. I finally got through to someone who explained that the dispatcher was wrong and they rescheduled my move again. I took off work over 12 hours for their mistakes. The move went fine (the movers told me the office overbooked everyone so they brought extra workers to get their schedule back on task) until I saw the bill. I was quoted $X per hour and was charged $Y per hour. I have the hourly rate we agreed to in writing so I called the moving company. They were pretty curt with me and told me tough luck, be happy with the price, we're giving you a good deal, yada yada. I went to their website and was able to print my invoice on different days. All of them had different amounts, random discounts, conflicting information, etc. I tried disputing it through my credit card company but they couldn't help me as the "final bill was paid correctly" even though I spent a few hours explaining that the hourly charges didn't add up correctly. When that didn't work, I opened a complaint with the BBB. That's when the moving company got nasty…

Worst Company You Could Hire.

This was by far the worst company I have ever worked with. They do not answer the phone, they do not answer emails and they are incompetent liars. They did not honor their window and showed up extremely late and unprepared to work. They also tried to double the quoted price. They could not handle moving 6 large items a few miles down Wadsworth. Do not waste your time with these unethical clowns. They are not BBB accredited. If you are dumb enough to hire these idiots expect double everything. Double the window they give you, double the quote they give you and expect double the excuses from them when they ruin your day and waste your time. That's a complaint every other month. Dishonest - altered signed billing agreement after the fact.

Movers beware, I called around several moving companies to get an idea of pricing and to find an accredited company that would be on time, careful and honest. Well, if you are looking for honesty go somewhere else. This company will charge you for extra hours and not provide you with a receipt at the end of the job. This makes it very hard to prove their dishonesty. I booked with Altitude and they were a bit late and the movers had lunch during the job. At the end of the job I was billed a specific number of hours, which was agreed to and signed. About a week or two later I get a bill for more hours than I had originally signed for. Basically this is fraud to alter a signed document like this but the problem is they have you sign a movers phone digitally and do not provide you with any receipt until they decide what they want to bill you. I would look in every other direction than here if you want to be billed properly and deal with an honest company. I have spoken with several people at Altitude Movers to no avail. At first they acted like they were going to make a correction/reimbursement but after repeated calls back the people there have just ignored me. Again, go somewhere else as they will decide whatever hours the want to bill you and you will have no way to dispute this as they do not provide you with a receipt of any kind at the end of the job.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! My friend hired them to move a very expensive bath tub and got insurance on the move. They broke the tub, would not follow through with the claim and now are not returning phone calls/emails. Now, he is taking legal action. I have tried to call and email them several times with no response. I don't believe this is a legitimate moving company. I believe many of these reviews are made up by the company itself. They have no physical address. Their website takes you around in circles. I'm contacting 9 News to investigate.
