A Flawless Move: Thank you BC ALberta Movers for the flawless move of my aunt's antique dining room suite from Winnipeg to Saskatoon. Kent was great, he packed each chair and table with moving blankets and taped them all separately. The furniture arrived safe and sound without a scratch in Saskatoon! I would definitely use this mover again in the future as they were on time, reliable and very friendly both when I contacted them by phone and by the drivers of the moving truck. When I initially contacted them I was provided with a quote within a couple of hours and had my moving date set up for the exact date that worked for me. When the moving truck arrived I had to do nothing but sit back and watch them swiftly pack up the furniture and drive away.

Outstanding sevice. On short notice ,We had a small window of 4 hours on one day to have furniture packed and removed, to go from Burnaby to Calgary. We contacted several movers but they could not provide service on the day we needed. Derek not only found a mover for us but also in the time frame we needed. The cost was very reasonable and arrived on time in a blinding snow storm. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Highly recommend this company! We had horrible experience with others in the past, these guys shoved up within 5 minutes of the estimated arrival for both the pick up and drop off (we moved from Alberta to the lower mainland, BC). For us, it's priceless to know, that you won't have to wait hours or in some cases days for the movers to show! Great service, our driver was Andrew and he had been extremely professional.

Very good price and service. Quote was up front and accurate. Very knowledgeable salesgirl, answered all my questions. Prompt on both ends of move. Movers were very hard working and efficient, and nice, personable guys. They had good equipment that made the job easier. They did a great job! Nothing was damaged/dirty.

Myself and all my family members have loved the honest service and workmanship of derek and Shari ' company for over 20 years now. Just last week they moved my elderly father in Calgary. Relatives across the western provinces and myself numerous times in Alberta. They are always accommodating to special requests and trustable with our valuables.

Scheduled a move on a certain day .no show. No calls..then finnally got a answer with some bs excuse stating we gave such a goid deal ect pick up in a few days.well when you say your picking up you pick up.theirs plenty of movers around so don't even bother using tgese guys..

Calgary to Vernon move.

Bc alberta movers moved us on June 19th from Calgary to Vernon B.C.. They overloaded the van and smashed our dining room table base. Now eight weeks later we are still waiting for it to redelivered. We were told it would be 3 to 5 weeks. Now the mover said the repairman was on holidays when he went to pick it up. We were charged about $2000 more than the quote. They arrived at 1040 A.M. because first they had to pick up supplies. Totally unacceptable service.

DO NOT USE BC Alberta Movers.

They did everything to insist their low price included everything and it was guaranteed. They came 12 hours late and would not pick up our items until my wife agreed to pay almost double quote. Please, please do not hire. Call the Canadian Movers Association and ask about these guys (who are not a member of this Association) and use one of the companies on their list.
