Final leg of International move.

Britannia Removals International were tasked with arranging the final leg of our relocation. Our container was shipped to Tilbury where Britannia arranged the customs clearance and consequent shipment of the container to our London address. Everything went smoothly due to diligent planning and communications between Britannia and ourselves. The crew on the day were extremely efficient, communicative and nothing seemed to be a problem for them. All our belongings were unloaded and placed in their allocated areas with packaging removed where required for disposal off site by Britannia. I would highly recommend Britannia based on our experience with them both before the actual container delivery and unloading as well as the team on the day. The team on the day were a credit to Britannia and made the whole process stress free for us.

Britannia Removals (Edinburgh) recently carried out our house move including packing. The crew were efficient and friendly and worked effectively to package up all of our belongings including dismantling the bed frame. On arrival at our new property the boxes were unloaded swiftly, labelled appropriately and stacked in an orderly manner such that locating key items was easy. Overall the Britannia team took all of the stress out of a house move with 2 small children and I would highly recommend them to others.

The service was excellent. They delivered all my delicate and fragile chinaware and crystalware (57 boxes!) from the UK to Turkey without a single one broken. Everything was very neatly wrapped. Very professional service from start to finish with Gina coordinating everything exceptionally well.

Good professional service. The two man team worked very hard and stuck to the task with efficiency and care.They were both courteous and pleasant. The packer (Ben?) we spent more time with and he was charming. Well done both for an excellent job.

We recently moved from Maidenhead to Norfolk (UK) with the Britannia Bucks & Herts team and were very happy with the excellent service we received. We have moved frequently with my job and have had the opportunity to experience a number of different removal companies in the process; I can honestly say that my wife and I have rated the experience with Britannia amongst one of the best moves we have completed. Dan Wyatt and the crew did a great job and were punctual, thoroughly professional and receptive to our requirements. We are so happy that we used Britannia for our move from Cape Town to London. Initially we were going to use two other companies - one for the vehicle and another for the household contents, At that stage Britannia was willing to help us with information and sorting out documentation at no cost even though we were not using their service. We were so impressed that we asked for a total quote and was surprised at how competitive their pricing was. We had constant updates all through the process - from beginning to delivery. Everything was handled with care and professionalism on both sides. We were particularly happy that they took exceptional care of our Landy with all its height challenges and weird electronics.
