First off the scheduling service in the office was amazing! I told them a date that I needed to be moved by and the accommodated as much as they possibly could! Movers arrived on the day of the move prompt and ready to go. We have very large heavy glass tables and they moved them with such ease a gentleness. Wrapped all our furniture in blankets and secured all boxes and bins! Jose and James made our moving day a walk in the park! I would definitely use this company again in a heart beat! Also I was quotes a 5 hr move and the guys got it done in 2.5 hrs! Such a speedy and relaxing process!

I just moved between apartments in downtown Austin. Elephant Moving actually did the move for me. The movers, Jaime, Kevin and Jose, were awesome. My last move took almost 6 hours which I thought was too long because I don't really have that much stuff. These guys were able to get everything loaded in under 2 hours even with the elevator and the long walk to the garage where the truck was parked. The delivery went even faster since there was less of a walk at the new place. They set up everything exactly the way I asked and I didn't have to ask them twice. The service was great and I feel like they saved me money over the last movers I had. I will definitely call them again when I need to move next year.

Very pleased with the move I had last week. It was cold. Really cold. But the guys were nice and worked hard. Maybe the cold made them work even faster. I know I didn't want to be outside for more than 30 seconds at a time. I don't know how they did it, but I am sure glad they did. It was a lot better than my last move, which was more expensive too. Better price, better service, can't beat that! Salvador and his crew seemed very experienced at the job and I don't have any complaints (if you know me then you know that's really saying something-I might be a complainer..). Great job guys, thanks again! I definitely recommend this company.

Had shipment order from SAMs with this company. They lost first shipment although I expect it was employee theft. SAMs send another item via Elephant again. They don't show up when scheduled, won't return calls, and receptionist is rude and incompetent. Management is always out of office. Horrible company with no customer service at all, can not believe major retailer like SAMs would do business with them.

One of the absolute worst company's I've dealt with. A number of no call/no shows. Never phone call returns. Zero communication. Today they said, they can't locate my product. This is after it was scheduled to be delivered a number of times.

This company is horrible and only delivers to Cedar Park on Wednesdays. They scheduled me between 4-8pm but came early around 3! I don't twiddle my thumbs all day at the house. I work, go to school, am 5 months pregnant and busy with doctors appointments as well. My husband left his work early to be there right at 4 so he wouldn't miss them but oh wait we missed them because they didn't come within THEIR time slot! They came around 3. I paid a lot of money for my furniture and don't have time to run back and forth nor can I miss work and school. It's sad that they can't deliver when they say they are going to and it's sad that they are only able to do it on a Wednesday. Not to mention I requested that they come before 11am but they totally disregarded that. I could tell on the phone that the women I talked to didn't care when I told her I can't do Wednesdays. They are not customer centric. I don't even want to give them a star.

Dear Amazon and Overstock, STOP CONTRACTING WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

What a nightmare. No surprise that this company has a Better Business Bureau rating of F, AND their moving company license has been REVOKED by the state of Texas - go to the DMV website to their "Don't Make A Move Without Us!" page, if you need to file a claim against this incompetent, unprofessional company. **Most importantly** if your experience with Elephant was because you ordered something through a large online retailer such as Overstock or Amazon, _let their customer service unit know that Elephant is terrible_.

I must concur with the HORRIBLE OUTCOME that I experienced with Elephant Moving and Storage on Tradecenter Drive. I purchased a Mega massage chair and just wanted to purchase their White Glove Service to get the massage chair from my driveway into my home and assembled, so They quoted me a price of $250, and scheduled a day, which I coordinated with the Freight company for a second time to deliver it to my home. I was so excited that they could do it, until night time came, and I NEVER received a courtesy call before arrival, and THEY NEVER CAME NOR CALLED!! I was left scrambling to find any neighbor to help me get my massage chair in my home in an effort to not have to leave it out all night. Found a gracious neighbor at 9pm, and loaded it in, and assembled it myself. Although, I saved myself $250, I would have preferred that they were up front and honest from the beginning..If they couldn't or did not want to do it, I would have been able to contact someone else, and held the Freight company off from delivering a second time, until I could Find a RELIABLE COMPANY THAT DOESN'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS BEHIND A PHONE LINE. I even contacted the company that referred them to me to let them know that the agreement or contract they have with this company should be reassessed, and they should be sure and read all reviews before attempting to help customers out. He was kind enough to refer, and even told me who to speak with, and they were kind over the phone, and excited my heart initially, only to drop it in the end. I wished that I had read the reviews first..unfortunately, as I was trying to find them online, and call the company to find out where the movers were in their process, My phone calls went to voicemail for an hour..Just as the reviews had warned, so I could never…

I would NEVER willingly use them!!

This company is absolutely HORRIBLE!! When I purchased my bed on Amazon, the delivery time frame was 8/8 - 8//11, with no mention of a 3rd party company holding my delivery until they felt it was convenient to bring it (even though they ARE a delivery company). I was willing to wait until 8/16, but am now being told it is getting pushed to 8/20. I was also told (with a little snicker to accompany the snide comment) that because I live in Round Rock and my purchase was done through Groupon (which it wasn't), I am not given priority. I was also called "insane" when I got upset. This is unacceptable, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL business practice. I would use any other delivery company before using this one.

Stay away from them.

I used thier moving services and my experience was terrible.. I would have ignored small mistakes like spelling wrong name and address after repeating 3 times but they are beyond that. Very unprofestional, not bothered about your stuff once they get their money. They misplaced my boxes and it went to some other family. That family was very nice to inform movers that they have someone else's belongings but elephsnt movers ignored it. I followed up with them for 2-3 weeks and no use. Everytime I got answers as we will let you know (never called back btw) , I don't have answer and let me check with manager ( if you are talking to cristina, let me warn you be careful she is pretty dumb) etc.. Finally I had to get my boxes myself by driving 50 miles somehow after I got contact details for that family. Not just that initially they told us there will be 3 men to move n only 2 showed up, not sure what ghey chsnged in bill and I ended up paying extra ( my bad I should not have.. I realized missing boxes later otherwise I wouldn't have) they have not compensated for anything and simply ignored their mistakes.. Very pathetic management.. Stay away from them..
