We used them for our move from Wisconsin to Arizona. They lost some of our furniture and cracked a TV screen. It took them almost 4 weeks to find our stuff when we moved into our house in Arizona. We could only file a claim for $72.00 because we didn’t have receipts for our furniture that we had for years. Plus we never received the $72.00 can’t even contact them now.

Theives and quick talked saying "we are not like other movers what your estimate says is what it is guaranteed to be." Absolutely complete opposite, AFTER taking property off the moving Truck my estimate stayed the same, after saying they would adjust, then when arrived at destination They held my property and if I didn't pay my belongings would be charged for storage. Horrible Horrible experience. THEN they damaged property and referred me to Movingclaims.net and there contract was terminated by them. I truly hope no one faces same (and see others as well)_who were victim of these con artists.

Do not trust these guys. They gave me a quote which was highly competitive. Then, on moving day, when we had packed most everything up and we had no other choice, they gave us our total and it was 3 1/2 times what they had quoted. We went with them only because we didn't have a choice at that point. They proceeded to shatter three desks and scratch dozens of furniture items. They showed me how to file a claim through their third party claims company that they use. I filed a claim, which was even a bigger hassle than moving, and got a response 6 months later with an offer of $64. We literally had thousands of dollars of damage. I disputed the claim, which meant going through the entire filing process again, and after hearing nothing back for six months, they said they didn't receive the dispute. So I filed a third time, and here we are a year and a half later and they agreed to add $30 to the original $64 claim. Unreal. $94 offer for thousands of dollars of damage. Do not use this company!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Dishonest, unreliable, poor to non-exsistent customer service, and do not take responsibility for their employee’s gross negligence. During my move, the driver (Roderick), hit a parked semi on the improved shoulder of the interstate causing significant damage to the moving truck and ripping open the back of the truck, scattering the majority of its contents on the interstate. Half of my belongings were not delivered, and the furniture and boxes that were delivered were severely damaged. Did Fine Line Relocation notify me about the accident? NO. Did Fine Line Relocation apologize for the negligence and attempt to improve my moving experience? NO. Did Fine Line Relocation provide me with a refund for services not received? NO. They run a shady business and should have their practices investigated thoroughly. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A SAFE AND RELIABLE MOVE.

Please do not use this moving service. They were 5 hours late for pickup. They should have around between 6-9am in the morning but arrived past 1 am instead. We had to drive across country the same day with three kids and a dog so time was of essence to us. Once the movers arrived, the boss supposedly calculates all of your boxes, furniture, etc. We had more boxes than expected so we knew our move would cost a tad bit more than the quote. However, the mover calculated our move to cost double the original quote. I couldn't figure out how it was possible until I realized, all too late, that they overcharged us for the cubic feet. The mover charged 4.5 cubic feet for all of our boxes rather than charging for their actual cubic feet! Some boxes were x-small, small and medium. So, the cubic feet should have corresponded. At pickup, the mover gave me an ultimatum: either pay double the original quote or pay him $300 cash under the table and he will give me a base (label) rate for the move. Of course, we were stressed out with the kids and the movers were so late. We really needed to get on the road and the mover took advantage of that. We withdrew $300 cash and gave it to him so that he would charge us a base rate. The mover acted like he was giving us a special deal and his intent was to take advantage of us. Our delivery took longer than 21 days to arrive. Upon delivery, our TV stand was broken and Versace china set had a few plates broken. Our other furniture was scratched up a bit. You have to fill out a claim form that is very lengthy and time consuming, difficult process if any of your items are broken or damaged. I emailed and called the moving company several times concerning the ultimatum that was given to us. One representative, named Carmen, told me in e-mail that…

I was moving from Texas to Washington state. Got a quote from Fine Line Relocation (after a complete and thorough shipping list) for $4310, that covered the move, 1 month storage, and packing material (blankets). I had packed all the items and had all the furniture broke down and bundled up. On moving day the mover said it wasn't that amount it was over $12,000, but if I give him $500 cash he will only charge me $8000! He then continues to tell me that this is normal business practice to knowingly underbid the move to force people to pay the overcharges. He then started to charge me for blankets and pads $1000 more, which was included in the original quote. I ended up telling the fraud to leave and would like my $431 back (10% down payment) from this company. When I went through the Better Business Bereau, which was the only way to get a response, they denied everything and were demeaning with their language. Three months later I've still haven't gotten a refund. I am still in shock that there are still companies out there that operate like this.

STAY AWAY from this company!! Our items were delayed to the destination and they charged a lot more than the original quote. They had worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!! Never picked up their phone!! Never returned any my email and voice mails!! And it ended up paying a lot more than a big and professional moving company does but worst service and delayed items. On the day they ship our stuff, they charged $200 cash because they had to use elevator even though the elevator is just in front of their truck and our apartment is just next to the elevator! After we received our items, the brand new packing boxes we bought for the move had holes, lots of our stuff were broken!! My husband's computer doesn't work any more!! he opened it and found out some parts were loosing or detached!! Some parts of My daugther's crib were missing, my husband had to spend two whole nights go to home depot and lowes to find the matching parts!! We decided not to contact them for the losses because the frustration dealing with them!!

I'll try not to delve into as great detail as the other reviews on here, as they have done a great job outlining similar problems I had. I technically moved a one-bedroom cross-country, but I sold all my furniture before the move with the exception of two small TV stands which are collapsible. So in effect it was only personal items. I travel constantly for work and did not have the time or availability to handle this on my own. Ironic that the company assured me they would take care of me during this "stressful time" when they turned out to be the most stressful aspect of the move. I chose them because they had the lowest estimate ($1000). After I began communicating with them they then said "oh we entered the wrong zip code! Your estimate is actually $400 higher." I found this odd but time was cracking down, it was still cheap, and I was living out of suitcase across the country so I needed this done. I agreed. Come moving day they are exceptionally late, like 4 hours, which was miserable because I had a pre-dawn flight to deal with. The man in charge of the crew was extremely short with me and intimindating, fillling out a ton of things on the contract and assuring me he was just putting them there in case something happened on the delivering end. They had all my items in their truck, how could I reasonably decide I wanted a new carrier when I had a flight out of town in less than 8 hours? I felt their size and weight estimate was way overboard but at this point I had no choice and decided I would fight it when I got the chance to measure my items upon delivery. I had already taken out as much cash as the person on the phone told me too and now they were demanding an extra $300. It was 3 guys versus me, and again they already had all my stuff. I had to go back to…

Are you considering using Fine Line Relocation Movers of Dallas, TX to handle your move? Wait. I encourage you to read the entire story before you hire this company. Read my honest review based on my family's experience with this "moving company". We were moving our daughter from Oklahoma City area to a town in California not too far from San Jose. The price from Fine Line Relocation seemed reasonable to move her small apartment, which would include a bed, a nightstand, a chest of drawers, a television and about 20 boxes. The estimated volume was 200 cubic feet, to be charged at a rate of $4.90 per cf. The basic estimated price I was provided with for the move was $980, and I was fully aware that in all likelihood the company would be hiring contractors to handle the move. I was also told there would be an upcharge of $75 for each flight of stairs on the delivery end. Knowing my daughter was in an apartment, I allocated for this as well. I'm not going to mention the names of the various people I dealt with at the company as they are just following policy. I don't hold them responsible for what happened next. The agreement was signed on July 28th, 2016 and I placed a 10% deposit on my credit card. I was told the movers would arrive at her place in Oklahoma on the 11th or 12th of August. (The dates ARE important.) I asked the customer rep how long the move would take and was told that 5-10 business days was normal. My daughter's mother flew from Colorado to Oklahoma to help with this move, planning to drive with our daughter on the 12th or 13th once everything was secured by the movers. I received a call a few days before the move alerting me that the move would not take place as scheduled. A truck apparently broke down and it would be the 20th of August before another…
