LA Moving Center has an amazing moving team and they work great together! They were on time, professional and very friendly. Each of them introduced themselves immediately and respectfully, and they enjoyed working together and supporting me in my moving process. I will use them again for any of my future moves and I highly recommend them.

They moved me on December 15, 2012 from Sherman Oaks, CA to Woodland Hills, CA. The guys were courteous, truthful, and efficient and everything a moving company should be. I had a positive experience. The truck showed up on time. Nothing was broken. When they say "no additional fees" they mean it! I definitely recommend these guys! .

LA Moving were excellent in doing my move. They didn't charge me much and were definitely professional. Everything was handled and maneuvered very expertly. I was genuinely thrilled with how long the entire move took and what I ended up paying for all the service I got. The office is very responsive and great at communicating. The movers even showed up on time.. which has literally NEVER happened to me before with any of my previous movers. This is the moving company you always wish you'll get but never do.

I have been waiting for my furniture for five additional days. I have called Steve everyday to get an update. However, due to caller ID he has ignored my calls directly from my phone. So I had a friend call and what do you know he answers. I would like to express that he is professional until you make that first payment and all down hill from there. Long distance moves policy is to pay 50% at pickup and 50% at delivery. 9 days has passed and still no furniture. Not sure when and if I will see my belongings. Please save yourself the headache and frustration I wish I did the same. If you decide to use this company make sure you use a credit card and have renters insurance.

I met with Steve and another mover. He said he will meet me between 9-9:30. I arrived at around 9:04 and seemed perturbed that I wasn’t there at exactly 9a.m.. Both movers were courteous throughout preparing to move one large item. They both shrink wrapped my item after removing drawers. Steve & his helper couldn’t figure out how to get my item out of the house without disassembling it. Steve refused to disassemble it and charged me $100 for coming out to the S.G. Valley to pick up the item, $100 for how long it would have taken him to drive/drop off the item in Orange County. He said an additional $100 for the E.T.A. to drive back to the S.F. Valley from Orange County. Steve and his associate were at my service for roughly 20-25 minutes. My business partner & I disassembled it ourselves after Steve left within around fifteen minutes. Steve refused to stick around for that and charged me $300. anyways. I want everyone to beware of this.

DON'T HIRE THEM if you want to move pleasantly!

Hired LA Moving Centre and not only they took forever to finish and charged me a lot more than they estimated, they damaged so much stuff. Filed a complaint and took forever to finally close to close the case, which means that they offered $600 for the damages. They told me to send them the screenshot of the proof that I deleted the review at Yelp, then they would send me the check. However, they not only deleted my review but closed mt account at yelp! Now I am totally stuck. It is so hard to get in touch with them, they twist the story around (they said they wanted to see the scratch on the floor, gave me the time frame, I stayed at home during the time, they didn't show up and told me that they wanted to stop by in the late night, I said no for that, and now to them I refused to see them), they are so unpleasant to talk with.

Do not hire LA Moving Inc. Disastrous! They will destroy your household belongings! LA Moving Inc. President: Lillian Karina director of operations: Steve Karina aka steve k. And Stan Karina operating out of sierra Bonita avenue, Los Angeles, 5140 white oak, Encino, and Sacramento. This complaint must be read by anyone who is even thinking about using the services of la moving inc. The company advertises mostly on craigslist and other websites. This company doesn't deserve to earn a penny a day. La moving inc. Was hired to do an interstate move. They damaged all my furniture, refrigerator, piano, crushed lamps, shredder, glass shelves, broke off legs of printer tables, broken crystal dishes, porcelain figurines, packed my pictures with cardboard and newspapers stuck among them and these pictures were damaged, cleaning products poured into boxes, etc. This was a disastrous move. I still have at least 70 boxes that I have not been able to open due to my medical conditions and scared to find out what happened to the contents of those boxes. They denied everything about damages. Upon inquiring from the public utilities about la moving inc., the only license la moving inc. Has public utilities license to move within the state of California and are not allowed to do an interstate move. However, because this was an interstate move, this matter belongs to the department of transportation. Upon calling the department of transportation, I found out that la moving inc.'s dot license 1866612 and motor carrier license/insurance mc 674826 were revoked on November 19, 2012, and the company had no authority or privilege of any kind to do any interstate move. A complaint has been filed with the dot and penalties are coming depending upon the violation. Their license with the secretary…

Damaged Goods - Failure to send reimbursement.

BEWARE ---- DAMAGE TO FURNITURE AND FAILURE TO SEND REIMBURSEMENT AS PROMISED.These bozos damaged a table, we were told to get the table repaired and send them the invoice. We had the table repaired, sent the invoice, were promised that payment would be send (we actually have an email with their promise) several follow ups and a year later we are still waiting. Find a mover that prides itself on character and integrity. These people don't have either.

Total bait and switch.

Stay away !! These guys not only showed up 3 hours late, they tried to sell me on another crew and truck at a much higher rate then what was quoted. They spent the whole time speaking in Russian outside my porch while they waited to get an answer from their boss during the "negotiations". It was unprofessional and predatory so we ultimately cancelled and went with another mover.

Avoid at all costs.

These guys are the shakedown kings. Promised 2pm, arrived 8pm. Told us needed more time than they quoted. I felt like I was being pressures to spend more money. I have a baby who is freaking out, has her crib packed up and no where to sleep. I have no idea what to do.
