After 4 months and 3 separate deliveries we are still missing a number of our items which they appear to have now lost. Originally due to arrive on 7th December, as of today 6th April we have now been told the remaining items are nowhere to be found. Appalling service, will never use again.

Was all going well until I had the audacity to mention to the manager/owner that I was shocked with the extra £155 for boxes I wasn't expecting on my bill. It was in the small print! As long as you are happy, grateful and agreeable this company is great but if you are thinking of questioning anything, I.e. asking about an environmental policy (I asked if they would use boxes more than once - apparently 'nobody' wants used boxes!!), you will be met with a very rude, abrupt response and a complete change in attitude. Doesn't matter that you are a customer. I note from other reviews (google) that I'm not the only one to have experienced this. Very disappointed having used them previously. I won't use them again. Made an otherwise smooth relocation an upsetting day to the point where the owner came along (as nobody else would drive for him as it was Saturday) and sat in the van out of the way - made me feel awkward in my own, new home. Absolutely zero customer service skills. Cost given not accurate as I don't have the details to hand.
