Great communication from start to finish. John accommodated the move date brilliantly within a tight schedule. I am sorry that I am late to write about my wonderful experience with Alex, Serge, Andrew and other crews. Unfortunately I have been quite busy with my surroundings. Anyway, Pacific Moving Canada was very trustworthy and on time with my move from Calgary to Toronto. Absolutely no big surprises of hidden cost. The window was perfectly followed. They moved my stuff around as requested. No scratches to our house walls, ceiling or on any furniture. They were the mover, I was actually looking for.

My recent relocation from Calgary to Richmond Hill ON was my third move with Pacific over the past four years and I highly recommend them. Eric flawlessly coordinated my move. I wish I could employ to him to manage more aspects of my life! In addition to be incredibly professional, caring, and knowledgeable, His attention to detail, staying on top of every aspect of my move, made a process that can often be stressful, absolutely carefree. From our first phone call to her e-mail check-in to make sure I was settling into my new home, I was blown away by Tina’s excellent customer service. The movers were prompt, careful, friendly, and respectful on both ends. Pack and unpack was done quickly and efficiently and they had a great attitude dealing with the difficult move-in regulations at my Richmond Hill building. As with any cross country move, just a couple of fragile items got slightly banged up in transit. However, even here, I was really pleased with how the company handled the situation, promptly processing my claim and providing me a settlement. No question who I will turn to if I need to move again. These folks are excellent. Thanks Eric and team!

To all the staff that I dealt with--Office staff and of course the movers at both ends. I recently sold my parents home in Toronto and had to have the contents moved to my home in New Brunswick. I chose Pacific because it has been in business for many years. From the onset every person I was in contact was professional, very helpful and gave me all the time I needed to answer all the questions I had. Everyone was up-front about costs, how they are calculated and the best part was that there are no hidden gimmicks and no "oops we forgot to tell you about extras upon delivery". Further, all were so very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. From the pick-up in Toronto to the delivery in NB. everything went like clockwork. They accommodated our schedule, arrived when they said they would be there and every piece of furniture, no matter how small or large was inventoried. Before departure from Toronto they provided a walk-thru to assure everything that was being shipped was taken and loaded on the truck. The delivery of the furniture was equally stress free. The awesome part---every piece of anything that was shipped arrived in-tact, no chips, no dents, no breakage. We are so pleased that you completed this task for us in such a wonderful manner. Wish all businesses followed your lead when it comes to moving people's personal belongings. Thank you all for such a great, stress-free and carefree move.

Our move was somewhat complicated --- we sold a house in one province, and moved to a temporary location for a few months while a house we were purchasing in another province was being completed. Some of our things were moved to the temporary location, and some were moved and stored for awhile at the new location. At the end of it all --- everything was accounted for, nothing was lost. Everything was picked-up, transported & delivered in a timely fashion. Everyone we dealt with --- estimators, movers, drivers, customer service reps, etc. --- was friendly and professional. We are pleased with the service we received.

The consideration that they took with our stuff was wonderful. Everyone on the staff seems to be very passionate about the job that they do. It was a gloomy and rainy time of year for our relocation and Pacific took the care to wrap all of our stuff to protect it. What a pleasant experience we had!

Alex and his team showed up on move day when they said they would be there and got to work. They had everything packed and loaded to go in a few hours. On delivery day, Mike and his guys came in when they told me they would be here and got to work. They unloaded and carried all our possessions up three flights of stairs. They put everything where it needed to be and put all of our furniture together, which was a blessing in itself! They took care of this quickly and efficiently, and were very polite and helpful with any questions I had. I would like to say thank you for sending such good crews to take care of us! And I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We received fantastic service from you. You were recommended to us by my brother who used your services last year. Max our sales guy was very thorough and detailed from the beginning. Their team came on time on the packing date. Our previous long distance move through another company was a harassment for us but not this time. Hope this review helps you decide on your next mover.

I had a small window of time to move and I was impressed at how easy they made it seem! My new home is on a dead end street with narrow roads and the driver in his semi was impressive. The movers were fast, accommodating, and careful (no breakage). Also their price was the best of 6 other quotes. My only complaint is the pick up was a day later than they quoted so that was unfortunate.

When "delivery within 14 business days" becomes 35 business days.

The good: We EVENTUALLY received all our items and very little was damaged or broken. The movers themselves were quick and efficient. The bad: It took more than DOUBLE the expected time to receive our stuff. We were told it would take 3 weeks (14 business days) to receive our things and in reality it took 7 weeks (35 business days) . The company told us that due to covid they had trouble coordinating our trip out West (which basically means they prioritized their profit over their customer service/ promise and would rather make their customer live like squatters for 7 weeks than arrange for their things to be delivered at the time it was promised) The ugly: We were left in the dark about the mistake/"difficulty coordinating our trip" for the first 20 business days and we had to ask for an apology/ reconciliation. In the end we hardly received an apology and only got $50 off our amount for the "inconvenience." The customer service was absolutely awful and if you decide to go with this company expect to be left in the dark and to have their profits prioritized over your service.
