Today we had a flawless experience with Thomas and his team. They arrived on time and were positive, prompt, and professional. We had to finish taping up two boxes and by the time we did, the team had completely disassembled our furniture and packed the truck! We were astounded. I will definitely hire them again and will surely recommend them to others!

I had no problem paying for this service as it made my move that much easier. Highly recommend to invest your money into this service. Moving equipment was all provided and it definitely saves you a lot of energy. Recommended to you all.

He came to our home to give us a guaranteed quote and took the time to answer all of our questions while offering us a very reasonable price with no hidden fees. I've been burned in the past, so I really appreciated his honesty! Recommended.

We had two amazing drivers and loaders treat our fragile items with the most care. If you are in a bind and wait till the last minute like me, Road Runner Moving will not gouge or pillage you. They are amazing movers.. Recommended to all.

The guys, William and Charlie are such nice guys, they do a great job. My building administrator liked them that he said he will recommend Road Runner Moving to the tenants. I will use them again the next time I move.

Charles team helped me move from office to apartment. I have moved a few times two years ago, and I can honestly say that his team is easily the best, most responsive, and attentive that I have worked with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs mover service. Big thumbs up!

You can completely trust this firm as they are one of the best out there for the good quality work they do. Their packing and moving plans are so well organized that they are foolproof and there is nothing that can go wrong with it. I highly suggest hiring them, they don’t disappoint and they highly satisfy their customer’s needs.

The Road Runner Moving team were great. The Road Runner Moving had a potential time limitation relating to the elevator at the new apartment complex that was not booked properly. They were so efficient in their packing of the truck as items were going to 2 new apartments.

Great communication throughout and clearly walked me through all the details before and during the move. Incredibly efficient and the movers were friendly and focused on the task at hand. John was the leader of the move and did a great job managing the crew and explaining the final bill. I hope whoever reads this review stops looking for other moving companies and just hire Road Runner Moving .

I hired this company for a move from Venice, Florida to Olympia, Washington in Aug.2019. And this Company provided very negligent service. They sent me 3 people, 2 of them packed and loaded my belongings and the third person did mostly paper work. They worked 12 hours (from 10am to 10pm) and did not have enough time to do the job in my 3-bedroom house. They did not bring enough material for boxes and I had to buy additional boxes in Office Depot. Truck was not big enough, and they left some things. Packing was negligent, and more than 60 items were broken. Some large items were missed (incl. TVSet, Computer Monitor, 3-wheel adult bike etc). I weighted all broken items and sent a complaint for compensation (60 cents per one pound of weight), but even that small amount of money company did not want to pay, instead of $280 they agreed to pay $44 (according to their “standard” calculation). I think this company is not professional, and I do not recommend that anyone use their service.
