Far and away best company in LA area.

I will never use another moving company again. RMC is the best from start to finish. They were super responsive and professional throughout the process of getting a quote, getting my questions answered, and scheduling my move. And the day of was even better. Alex and his team were total pros. They were efficient, considerate, and extremely careful with my belongings. Alex provided suggestions and materials to make sure everything stayed clean and secure during the move and on arrival. If you're in RMC's service area, don't use anyone else!

This is by far the best company in Los Angeles! I called them in a short notice and they were able to accommodate my last minute move. They wrapped everything really wall, so no damages at all! Highly recommended.

*BEWARE* RUN far away from this place and do not trust them with any of your items. They repeatedly dropped my furniture which caused thousands of dollars worth of the damage. The 2 movers dropped my dresser from the back of the truck (the neighbors are my witness and will be in court) and this took two large chunks of wood out of the frame of the dresser. The same happened to my headboard. Speaking of neighbors, they hit their car with the moving truck and took their bumper off - then they laughed about it and said it was no big deal because they have insurance! They took my brand new sofa and placed it on the street in dirt for 30 minutes. It was steam cleaned 2 weeks before. Please see the attached pics. So, what are they going to do about this you ask? Nothing. They offered me $50, laughed about me filing a report with the BBB, and they are not going to repair any of the damage. They said I waived my rights when I signed their documents. The "owner" or senior management actually called me this morning and said my reviews and report will do nothing. Guys, I can not stress enough how terrible this company is. Go with a different company even if you have to spend more because they will destroy your items and it will end up costing so much more in the long run.
