….run away. Hire anyone else. This company does business by many names (Campbell Moving, Campbell Moving Systems, Campbell Bros Moving, Westmount Moving & Storage) They are all the same company and keep changing names. I've moved countless times and have never had nearly the volume of problems and issues that have happened with this move.
To compound matters - the claims and resolution process is very difficult. Constant delays and obfuscation. I reported that I was missing items & had extensive damage the day it was delivered. The unloaders were even perplexed as to why there was such a discrepancy. In addition I was delivered goods that did not belong to me (and the company suggested I donate to good will).
There is no resolution plan with the company. After 5 months, they are sending a furniture repair team, but we have no agreement on the missing or damaged beyond repair items. You'd be better off leaving all your goods in your original house and giving them away than moving with Canada Moving - at least then you'd have a tax receipt and would be able to move on. Not be dragged through months and months of silliness.
