I am currently in the process of relocating from New York to Sydney. It's my first time doing an international move and the process is daunting and unfamiliar. Ken at EuroUSA changed all that and put my mind at ease. I contacted over 20 shipping companies for quotes and EuroUSA was in a completely different league to the rest. With other companies I dealt with call centers, poor response times, or confusing and garbled emails / online systems. In comparison, all my emails and calls with EuroUSA were with the same person - Ken, who is a veteran in shipping logistics and took the time to talk through every aspect of the move with me in detail. With a single phone call he cut through all my concerns. Other companies may be slightly cheaper, but the peace of mind on a complex international move with all my valuables / home contents is simply not worth the compromise. Would go with Ken and the team at EuroUSA any day. Reputable company, great service, peace of mind. Just what I need for an international move!
