My move was simply 2 miles one way with 2 stops.
Time frame for arrival 10am-12, Mover came late 12:20. Drama began at Start time was not accurate it was recorded when Truck Parked, set up ramp etc.. not when job began (contract violation) Movers drove 20 mpr on 35 mph street to delivery waste time. 3.5 hr estimated move turned into 7hrs, Overnight fee not disclosed on Contract. Daniella Owner demanded cash during the middle of move. Contract states pay at the end !! Hostage my furniture until pay then No receipt was given for $910 cash & MO. Charged me $25 extra for using some money orders. Owner Vinnie broke my closet leg, terrible repair work/ see pic. Demanding me to $30 more to close my job without reason. Lots of wasted time on purpose. Owners young couples looking for fast cash scam tactics. Don’t trust a company with a Truck not labeled with company name. Research online for Mover Fraud tips !!
