- A no-show on the agreed pickup date is a breach of the bill of lading and, interstate, of the reasonable-dispatch rule.
- A broker that sold your job to a carrier who never confirmed is still the party that took your deposit.
- Card deposits can be disputed with the paper attached. Cash and app transfers usually cannot.
