Avoid at All Costs.
I couldn't think of a worst possible experience. They made my life hell. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - they will lie and steal from you, deliver late with no proper compensation, and break your furniture.

No show for move.
This company was hired through UHaul to move already packed apt. furniture to new location with a start time of 10 am. They did not show up. The truck was ready, we were ready, the elevators were reserved at both locations, the driveways were reserved at both locations. Many people were inconvenienced by the situation. We had a difficult time contacting them. When we did they denied we had a 10 am reservation even though UHaul had it in their computer and we had a confirmation email. They eventually said they would be there at 10:30 am. They did not show. They avoided contact with us until they called to say that we were cancelled. When we called back to clarify, they said WE cancelled .. Which is absurd because we are sitting here with a truck and just wanted to get on with it. This company clearly could not honor their contract and now state that we cancelled them. We are still sitting here on the steps with the truck 2 hours later - if they came right now we would do the move. We definitely did not cancel - they refuse to admit they had no movers for us. DO NOT USE 5 Star Movers in KC!!
