Binding estimate changed after contract
They also incorrectly claimed that we had requested cancellation and placed the move on hold after we disputed the charge, rather than confirming performance under the contract. We remained ready to proceed under the agreed terms at all times. Public records indicate the company was formed in 2026 and operates as a broker with no apparent operating history, which makes claims of extensive prior experience difficult to verify. We have filed complaints with FMCSA and the FTC and initiated a payment dispute. Recommend proceeding with caution and ensuring all terms are clearly confirmed in writing.
