   I will never hire this company again or recommend them.

   There movers are not qualified to move furniture without damage to the furniture and walls. Very unhappy with this Co. They also accused us of damaging our own furniture and offered only 38.00 for all the damage to furniture and walls.

   Please, please, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will pay double what you are quoted and see your high quality furniture get ruined. This company is a hot mess. From their basic customer service inception policies, to their unprepared, amateur, untrained young workers, to their final charging and project completion team practices. I was treated like pure trash by every member of this company except the street urchin young guys who showed up to move my stuff and couldn't stop apologizing because all they did was eff things up all day long. This company is crooked, unprofessional and sloppy. First of all, I was quoted a price then charged nearly double the amount at day's end. I sent multiple emails suggesting they use 3 movers for my one bedroom apartment before the moving day and their staff told me they will be fine with 2 movers and the price I was quoted although I did send them multiple emails saying I had three movers when I moved a couple years ago. Because the workers were so overwhelmed by moving my stuff, they took 4 extra hours to get me moved which cost me a fortune. Day of moving, the mover driving the truck got lost because the 'address sent to him by HQ was incorrect.' He arrived late to my apartment, then told me the other guy helping isnt with him, but is on his way in a separate vehicle. They showed up and worked very hard but they showed up with no dolly, no blankets or bubble wrap (we had to use my personal towels and comforters to wrap things best as they could) and they had no professional process or care for my possessions and my white sofa got black grease stained and ripped, my brand new china cabinet has two huge chunks of wood out of the corners and all my wooden tables and shelves got scratched and dinged. NO LIE! I was fought with, berated, told I was a liar and accused of being a con because I emailed the company several messages bringing these unprofessional issues up upon job completion. I have never dealt with ANY disrespect or unprofessionalism on this level. They also give you 5 days after your move to document all the damage or you can't file a claim. There was so much chaos and unpacking to do and so much damage to document that I could not personally meet the cut off date and just ate the cost and the damages by myself. I will however be posting this review every single place possible that I can to make their corrupt business practices transparent to the public.
