   The fellas were very professional, they went through and checked what the needed to move. Then went to work, did an excellent job, moving items to apt and also to storage. I could tell that they were very knowledgeable. Great Job, I will use them in the future and recommend them to others.

   My Moving Experience

   I had hired Royal Movers to move me again, Justin and Steve are very professional and understanding on how detailed things get pad wraped and shrunk wraped to pertect all of my nice valuables. They are very polite and they handle my belongings with lots of love and professional care. Royal Movers are the best!!!

   After calling around for quotes from other moving companies, I chose Royal Movers because their rates were the best and they really seemed attentive and listened to what I needed. Walter and Rob were very professional, efficient, and careful with my possessions. They were on time and finished loading the truck and unloading my boxes quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Royal Movers for all your moving needs.

   Local move from apartment to home.

   Mike, Walt, and Steve did a great job moving our furnishings to our new home. We had two children playing around them sometimes getting in the way and they were very kind and even joked with the kids. They worked very fast but careful. It was a very hot day and had their own water. They took a couple of short breaks but got the move done in 4.5 hours. We were very pleased and thought their prices were very fair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good mover.

   Moving.

   Very helpful on a stressful day. These men knew what they were doing. We had several large, awkward pieces of furniture and lots of stairs. They were protective of both homes and belongings. Price was fantastic and I had called around to compare. We won't be making another move but will recommend Royal Movers to anyone else who will be moving!

   Royal Movers moved me in January 2024. After leaving a two-star google review and an honest representation of my experience, Chaz Miller called me and left the following voicemail (I redacted private information and censored his swearing): Yeah Brad this is the movers here buddy. Ah we did your move for ya back in January and you gave us a five star review and then you went and changed it last week like a little bitch. You understand? Brandon? We worked our a** off for ya we were in the stupid a**, ghetto a**, dirty a**, fu***ing apartment for you with a broken a** elevator moving all day in the cold fu**ing snow. We gave you a third guy at fifty off an hour discount. Got your stupid a** piece of sh** couch up the stairs for you. Did everything you wanted and you come back with this bullsh** right here? You serious? We got a good a** move done buddy. I’ll tell you what. Take your two star review and shove it up your fu**ing a** okay? We hope everything I hope your fu**ing apartment catches on fire man. I swear dude you’re a little bi**h. People like you get their a** fu**ing beat. There is no reason why you should go on here and give us a two star review Brad [REDACTED]. After working our a** off protecting your fu**ing thousand dollar computer chair and all your fu**ing TVs and sh**. We worked our a** off for you you fu**ing fa**ot. You understand? [REDACTED] Road bi**h a** motherfu**er. Apartment [REDACTED]. You take that fu**ing review down dude or there will be fu**ing consequences. And I don’t give a fu** if this is recorded or not. Brad. - Here is the whole story: On January 12, 2024, I contacted Royal Movers, LLC and spoke with Chaz Miller about moving my apartment from Wyandotte, MI to Southfield, MI. Miller quoted me for a two-man job at a rate of $165 an hour, I paid a $100 deposit over the phone, and the move was scheduled for January 30, 2024. On January 30, 2024, Miller showed up with three guys and raised my rate. I felt ambushed and intimated to decline the service as we agreed upon, as I needed to move. At the end of the move, Miller requested multiple times for me to leave them a 5-star review on google before the move was completed. I felt pressured and forced so that my items wouldn’t be harmed if I declined. I had Chat GPT write a review and I posted it along with 5-stars on google, to which Miller thanked me for when he next entered my apartment and asked that I submit a 5-star review on Yelp and other ratings sites - which I did not do. Miller then requested full payment before moving my last item into my apartment - a $3,000 TV. Again, being nonverbally pressured to pay for a service that was not completed. About a week later I edited that review on google explaining how I felt pressured to give the review in real-time and proceeded to draft a comprehensive 2-star review that actually shared my experience. After consulting the police, I did take my 2-star review down, however, I am reposting the whole story so you can be advised of what kind of businessman Chaz Miller is. Please go to Better Business Bureau to read the reviews of Royal Movers that Miller cannot bully if they are not to his liking. Always get quotes in writing, and if you’re moving by yourself, please have another person there with you as a witness to help prevent this type of bullying behavior.

    Owner's Unprofessional Behavior

    Chaz (the owner) is the most arrogant, sarcastic, adversarial person I have ever done business with. Chaz made a stressful situation even worse by making comments that were not necessary. The other two gentlemen on his crew were professional. It is just a shame that the owner wasn't.
