   This was the smoothest move I’ve ever had. The team did a good job of packing my belongings efficiently. I didn't feel like I had to micromanage; I was kept updated throughout the process. Moving doesn’t get any easier than this.

   Smooth service and no pressure.

   The team that handled our office relocation was incredibly organized. They took time to tag each workstation before loading anything. When we got to the new building, they had everything arranged almost exactly as it was before. We were back at work faster than I thought we'd be. It made a huge difference having a crew that knew what they were doing.

   To say the least, impressed by the smoothness of the move.

   The crew took a lot of time to mark the boxes by room and priority. All the necessities of daily living were sorted from long-term storage items, making it easier to unpack later. Kitchen goods to go were packed in cell-divided cartons, books were loaded into smaller boxes that did not need to carry excess weight, and electronics were wrapped in anti-static film.

   This is a very dependable moving company.

   I was impressed by how quiet the movers were during the day. Boxes everywhere, time seems limited and moving is overwhelming. The team continued working diligently, inquired when necessary and treated my possessions with care. They were not excited at all, which made me feel better because I was not as stressed.

   Overall, it was a good experience. Moving companies were well-equipped with moving equipment, tape, and blankets. They took care of my wooden furniture and stacked the storage boxes tidily. The only downside was that the move took longer than expected, but I could tell they were taking their time.

   The delivery arrived a day later than I had expected. This created problems because I had already arranged my schedule around the original delivery timing. I also had difficulty getting clear updates about the new arrival time. The delay made the move more stressful.

    If I could do zero star I would.

    I was disappointed with the way some of my furniture was handled during the move. A few pieces had noticeable marks after they were delivered, and I felt that more protective material should have been used. The crew completed the job, but I expected greater care with my belongings. Overall, it was not the experience I had hoped for.
