   They Cancelled Last Minute

   I’m moving from Detroit to Orlando. The day my pod was to be delivered I got an email at 6:30 PM saying my delivery was rescheduled. When I called they could not tell me why it needed to be rescheduled, simply that it did and nothing could be done to change that. I couldn’t even speak to a supervisor as there was not one available. The biggest problem? It’s 4th of July weekend. I have to be in Orlando by 7th for work and they want to drop the pod off on the 6th, when I should have been delivered in the 2nd. To add insult to injury, the refund I was basically forced to accept would not hit my bank account until, you guessed it, July 6th, at the earliest. I had to borrow money from family to pay for the Penske truck I rented. They’re awful.

   Absolutely HORRIBLE, Do not use.

   Communication with this company is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service team has to send messages to the warehouse to get answers. They NEVER call back, you always have to call them, and then they have to call the warehouse.. You get the picture. Be prepared to have absolutely no idea when your shell is delivering, being picked up or when. You can expect to get your stuff. Every single time I have contacted this company, I have been assured one thing, just to be notified of something else a day or two later. It's ALWAYS something. You cannot make any plans, hire movers, take time off work, etc. You basically have to be at thier beckon call. Seriously, worst experience ever. Moving is hard enough.. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
