Initial communication with the representative was excellent. He was thorough and showed interest to accommodate me. But then things got a bit sketchy for a while. The last week before the pickup, we had a few back-and-forth communications trying to arrange the pickup date, but I would not get answers. In the end, the date was set at the last moment. After that, everything went smoothly. I had frequent and on time updates, the driver arrived, picked up my stuff, arranged a delivery day, confirmed it later on, and delivered everything as expected, fast and with no damages.
