We recently used Conan Removals to help a refugee family from temporary to permanent accommation. From the initial survey done by Alex (very professional, empathetic and friendly) to the communication with Truly in the office (friendly, efficient and compassionate), to the two removal guys, Brad and Louis (extremely careful with all furniture, nothing was too much trouble), we cannot recommend this removal company highly enough. Very clear pricing structure and the ability to move delicate items with care. The van was spotlessly clean with all the necessary strapping and very clean blankets to protect items of furniture. All members of staff I dealt with were attentive to instructions and requests. I would definitely use them again.
