We relocated in March 2017 from Edinburgh (Scotland) to Wangen bei Olten (Switzerland). We found the company through internet research and they had good online reviews.
They had a few problems loading everything in their van, because they started to load light weight small belongings first instead of heavy and large items. We tried to give them advice but they didn’t listen, even if it was the one guy’s first or second job for this company .. anyway, after an hour we had to dismantle and threw away two pieces of furniture because there was not enough space in the van. This was a bit disappointing, but after all they were friendly and fast and they really were taking care with everything.
They called early in the morning two days later and they arrived on time at our new place. That was great! They worked really fast and were again very careful with every item. They asked where to put things and were helpful and polite.
We highly recommend Europe Remove and the price is very good as well. Many thanks for the good service.
