I wish I could give these movers a 0. I used these guys to move my stuff into storage for a month and then deliver my furniture a month later. They lost a few hundred dollars worth of items and then damaged another few hundred. After reaching out to them about this issue, Anthony dragged me along for a couple weeks saying they would submit an insurance claim. I called him every day multiple times since they are insanely hard to reach. Everyday he told me that someone else at his company is handling it. Finally after 2 weeks of calling, Anthony said, "Oh I thought you reached the other guy and you're all good.." How am I all good if I've been calling him for 2 weeks straight. I truly believe these guys are uninsured since they just refused to submit an insurance claim for me. DON'T USE THEM. THEY WILL DAMAGE AND LOSE ITEMS.

This was the easiest move that I have ever experienced in my life, much to the help that I received from NYC Movers and Packers. From the time that they arrived at my apartment and introduced themselves to the time that they carefully dropped off my last packaged I felt confident that I was in good hands. My team came to my apartment at 9:00AM and we were entirely done by 10:30AM, also the quickest move that I have ever been a part of. They took EXTREME CARE with all of my possessions and were sure to ask politely where I would like these in my new apartment. I can honestly say that it was a pleasant time and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for movers in the city. Thanks Again!

I hired movers from a different company and they flaked. I was completely packed and had no one to help me move and someone else was moving into my space the next day!! I called them at 10:40pm and they arrived the next day at 12noon.. On time, with a 3 man crew. They were fast and worked hard!! I can't believe how professional they were and would recommend them again and again.
