Had a really awful experience with one of Small Van & Man Express drivers Dario, the guy was trying to change me extra because we lived on the third floor even though we delivered to the ground. He got rude, angry, and started threatening me. At one point he got his phone out and started filming me telling me he was going to charge me 80% cancellation and get his solicitors on me. I was going through quite a bit of personal stress that day and we just wanted to move things out in the smoothest and stress free way but made it awful. We had to find another person, short notice, paid twice as much which is the last thing I want to do. After getting in touch to his company(which I suspect is just him) , he sent a solicitors letter out to charge me for not doing the work. Awful experience, very angry individual, should probably avoid.
