   Great guy they moved from NYC to Florida. They pick me up on time they has done ✅ great job with my stuff very professional and respect crew thanks to Jean all my stuff came to me safely I will recommend them any time.

   A couple hrs late but still was amazing.

   Signed contract n was ready for movers I thought I was going to have a bad experience read a review n was like damn I'm next but did they surprise me. Once they got in my home the were clean and wearing mask they did everything how I asked and was out my home in 3 hrs packing a 3 bedroom I just received my stuff an HR ago and all I can say is thank you for relocating my family n I not damaging my stuff . It was definitely a great experience will definitely send you recommendations Jason??

   The mover was a couple days late picking up and dropping off. I still had to go and get a truck to get the rest of my things and pretty much unpacked myself except a couple of things:.

   You had a Mansion and you requested for a small truck we bought a bigger truck , and it still was not enough to fit the space that you reserved, am sorry that you had to get a small uhaul for the reminder to save you Money! we will send you a gift card.

   Professional and Service Awful

   Guardian moving is a broker that doesn't properly vent/manage the moving contractors they utilize. I DO NOT recommend using them. 3 weeks late in delivery to residence, DAMAGED AND LOST items, terrible body odor/hygiene of moving "professionals" per "white glove service", Guardian totally hands off on contract support and delivery once the contracted entity/movers have you engaged. AWFUL AWFUL service and NO PROFESSIONALISM.

   Nightmarish Process, Horrid Service

   Wish we could given negative stars. WARNING: Avoid This Moving Company at All Costs My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly urge anyone considering them to stay far away. Dishonest Sales Practices The initial estimate was around $4,000 for 700 cubic feet. Owen provided this figure but never mentioned the option for a visual inspection to ensure accuracy — he simply marked it as if we waived it. His focus was clearly on closing the sale, not on transparency or accuracy. Bait-and-Switch Pricing The day before the move, two men showed up, filmed our belongings, and suddenly claimed we had nearly double the cubic footage. This conveniently doubled the price. When I contacted the company for clarification, Stephanie disappeared, leaving us in the dark. After finally reaching Nikki, I spent over an hour on calls with her on September 4th, where the numbers kept changing. Quotes didn’t line up, deposits didn’t match, and every inconsistency was excused as an “IT issue.” In reality, it looked like numbers were being manipulated by hand. Terrible Delivery and Service While delivery was roughly on time, the service was appalling. The movers carried only two pieces inside and then refused to move anything else, leaving our garage packed with boxes, furniture, and belongings. They demanded payment before unloading, were rude, and rushed through the process as soon as they had our money. To date, we’ve already found multiple broken tables, shattered glassware, and damaged personal items — and we’re still unpacking. Broken Promises Stephanie promised us a $200 credit for delays at pickup — never received. She also told us to file a claim for damages and said she’d contact us. That never happened either. What They Don’t Tell You This company is nothing more than a broker. They outsource the move to the cheapest contractors they can find, pocketing the difference while leaving you at the mercy of unprofessional, careless movers. Once they have your non-refundable deposit, they know they’ve got you. Bottom Line This was a bait-and-switch operation from start to finish. Misleading estimates, unprofessional staff, lazy movers, broken items, and broken promises. Do not fall for their lowball quotes. Once you’re locked in, they will bleed you dry. Stay away. This company cannot be trusted.

   Fraud Company

   "I had scheduled an appointment with a moving company that turned out to be fraudulent. I had informed them beforehand that I needed to have items picked up from two locations, which would require a very large van, and would take two trips. The co-owner of the company collected all of my information and I made a $250 deposit. However, on the day of the pickup, they arrived late with a small van, and we had to cancel. I then requested a refund, but the owner has been lying to me for a year now about my refund. I am taking steps to contact all the Attorneys General of the states where this company is doing business to stop them from fraud, and also the FBI. I have all the evidence with me. Beware.

   NIGHTMARE~BEWARE~SCAMMERS~DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

   I hired this company in January of 2020 for a March 2020 move. I had numerous phone calls with [NAME EDIT] regarding my quote all the while telling him that I would like for their company to send someone to my home to make sure that we were getting an accurate quote. I specifically told him that I didn't want for moving day to come and all of a sudden it was way more than quoted. He assured me that he has been in the business over 20 years and knew what he was doing. I sent pictures of every room and sent extensive lists of all items. [NAME EDIT] and behold moving day comes and guess what??? First they were several hours late then they told me that it was going to be DOUBLE what I had been quoted. I obviously balked at this and there were many phone calls back and forth both between the truck driver and [NAME EDIT] and myself. At some point the driver for the truck line, Two Way Relocation, Inc. even went so far as to tell me that I had gotten [NAME EDIT] fired. (More on this later) When the truck was less than half full I was informed that that was all I had paid for and they were leaving, and they did! Thank goodness two of the packers that Gaurdian had sent that morning said that they felt terrible for me and asked if I needed them to stay and help finish packing and loading U-hauls. I was extremely grateful and paid them out of pocket. However, I found it very interesting that during our conversations that day that they told me that they had just answered a Craigslist posting that morning (hence why they were late) and that one of them had recently been incarcerated. I got soooo lucky that these two people were actually decent people but it was not because Gaurdian vetted who they were sending into my home! And last but not least... when the truck shows up in FL to deliver to us it is ONLY the driver! He has no one to help him unload our stuff so he offers to pay my husband $100.00 to help him. Also, while he was there he called [NAME EDIT] to ask him a business related question. When I said, hey, I thought I got [NAME EDIT] fired, he just gave me the deer in the headlights look. I have SERIOUSLY considered reporting this company to FL Attorney General but all of this happened at the beginning of the Coronavirus and everything has been a little upside down since. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I should have known that if something seemed too good to be true it couldn't be true... I had gotten several other quotes which were all higher. Shame on me for falling for their SCAM! I have all of the documentation including the lists of items they agreed to take, what they did not take and pictures of the truck after they 'loaded' my home.

   Awfully BAD movers, Break every thing, And go through your stuff. Hours late in both arrival and coming to the next address moving to. Every day changed from contract we signed for more and more money. NOTHING LIGIT ABOUT THIS COMPANY OR PROFESSIONAL. If you meet [NAME EDIT] run the biggest liar a company could resent.

   MS. Sutherland 3 diffrent company did not want to do your move, you had DOg fieces all over the Place ROaches all of the ABOve the company decided WE will not move you. BUt since my Movers/ workers are Christian + Guys they decided to rent you a Truck and help your move ,I have pictures of your filthy HOme my guys required a mask to move you and were not talking about covid , everysingle piece of your furniture was already damage chewed by your pets or infested with termites wood dropping we pray to god for you . My guys begged me not to cancel your job because your disable and so is your husband . the carpet smell like cat urine . and you started crying once we cancel your move ! due to the hazard of fieces or urine MY guys went and got you your own rental truck so you dont dirty our TOols. but god know the truth

   Never received my items.

   Received half of my stuff. I have the top on my dining room table and mattresses but no bed frames. Was promised delivery dates over and over. A week ago they told me my delivery would be here that weekend and after they never showed they have not returned any of my email, text or calls. Now I have to track pictures and receipts for police report and insurance. I can never get back my items that belonged to my babies or my father that passed away. I have never recieved any answers from someone higher up than Jason, who told me in the beginning not to worry everything would be safe and delivered. I just want to get my personal belongings returned to me.

    They wasted my time and stole my money..

    I paid a $500 deposit to have movers take our stuff from Virginia to Florida. they seemed nice, and good priced. I texted them the day before they were supposed to come and they told me that it would be the next day, so I called them that day, they first said it would be after noon, then after 3 then after 6 then they said your driver is in your town and will be there in the morning. I called the driver the next morning and he said he was still in North Carolina with a flat tire, so they tried to re route a truck to me, they said there would be one by 11 that morning.. I called at 11:30 and the driver said he was still at least 2 hours out, so I called them and told them I was headed to U-haul to do it myself, they then told me that was fine but they would not give me my deposit back because I was denying service and it wasn't 7 days in advance. even though they couldn't get there act together, the whole time dealing with this things just kept getting shadier and shadier. long story short don't use them, they will steal your money and waste your time.
