   The movers were beyond courteous, efficient, and even helpful when it came to getting everything setup in the new place. It took them 10 hours to do everything and still, my price didn't change! No complaints here, appreciate their insanely hard work.

   They did very impressive job. They kept the same price from the reservation, and until the moving was over. Moved my boxes with care. Mike lifted my dresser and walked 4 flights up. I couldn't believe it. I totally recommend them and would definitely use them again, soon!

   Great service and Joseph was very professional and friendly. While timing and pricing didn't go exactly as planned, they were able to work with me and handled it very professionally. I recommend using their services and would totally recommend them!

   From the initial telephone call to the end of the move, every step was handled professionally and efficiently. The crew moved me in one day, including packing and unpacking. The price was reasonable and the service amazing. I recommend them to all my friends.

   You really can't beat their level of service and wanting to please the customer. Joseph was fantastic at answering all of my questions related the move. This crew were very good with their job and completed it before the time. I can't recommend them highly enough.

   United Moving Pro's made our move very easy and smooth. Our movers were very nice, professional, and worked their butts off on a hot day. It was a pleasure to work with them. Our double story house was shifted so easily.

   Joseph as the person who helped them the entire move. They almost made me forget entirely about how horrendous our previous movers had been. They were so speedy, efficient, and hardworking, very professional, fast yet mindful of my things including furniture as well as floors and walls while moving. It all went super awesome.

   Extremely disappointed.

   Here is their scam or "business model." They are a broker, not a mover. They quote you a low price, and then they call you and say "please give us a very detailed inventory of everything." You do so. They give you a slightly higher quote and promise there will be no surprises. But then they have to sell the deal to one of their subcontracted movers so they need it sound like a good deal. In my case, they told my mover we were 50% packed (total lie), and apparently didnt tell him about a marble piece I specifically did tell them about. Mover shows up and says "there's no way I can do that for this price." Then demands A FIFTY PERCENT INCREASE. YES 50%. I called United Pro. They literally pulled out one sentence in one page of a very dense contract that essentially says "our price quote is fake; the mover gives you the final price, nothing is binding sucker." So, if you are on a schedule, your two choices are blow your schedule, or pay a 50% increase. It was the single most disappointing experience I have ever had with a professional vendor.

    Was in a bind over a weekene, needed some movers/drivers quickly fora smaller move, and, initially, UMP were very responsive and stated they could get job done in next day or so. I was was very happy. Sent follow up text inquiring about locking down reservation date w/a deposit (as it was odd I haven't heard back from sales POC to actually lock down the move)... suddenly, no responses. No email or text. Ghosted by a business! Disappointing experience from what initially appeared to be a reputable company.
