   Great Movers.

   I hired 1st Class Moving co offline and I seen a few reviews that didn't look good but look on some other sites and they had a lot of good reviews like on city search etc. So I took it upon myself to post on the small sites with less traffic how my movers were. Movers showed up in the window they said and charged me hourly which took 3 hours to complete. I had no damage as of of today and still looking it over to make sure. The crew wrapped all my furniture with pads and used caution. I'm happy to say this move turned out very good unlike some in the past from others. Thanks for a job well done and I will send you to my friends.

   On time and fast. Handled my belongings with care and worked me into their schedule even though I called the day I needed to move..I appreciate them going out of their way and working after dark to get my move knocked out. Thanks 1st Class.  You lived up to your name!

   Great movers will refer.

   Movers showed perfection when moving my stuff. No damages and worked at a normal speed. I will use again when my house is finished. I found them on citysearch.com and what pulled me to them was they offer a free move every month to to a household that might be down on their luck or having money issues. This set them apart from other movers due to the fact they are giving back to the people. 1st Class service Thanks.

   Pleasantly surprised.

   I got a coupon off of Groupon so I really wasn't sure what to expect. These guys were prompt and they didn't fool around. They got the job done fast and never even took a break. Some moving companies will work slowly just to get more money but this wasn't the case at all with them. I was impressed and I would definitely recommend them.

   Sold home and moved into a new home.  Scheduling was criticle and had to be out in 1 day.  I was quoted $99 per hour and promised and arrival between 8am-9am.Truck showed up after 10:00am.  Signed paper work and driver proceeded to tell me all the other charges involved.  1) Trip charge $50 each and every trip 2) Additional charge for oversized items per pound! 3) Insurance offered because they don't cover any items damaged The moving team worked quickly and professionaly and the move went well.  The job was not quoted properly and full of surprises and they were late to arrive.

   Awful Experience.

   During our move, damage was caused to my personal vehicle. Their insurance refused to cover the damage but David offered to pay my deductible of $500. John then texts me and says they will pay $250. After calling EVERY DAY for several days, David informed John that he was fine with paying $500. John then tells me that he will issue two checks for $250 each—one on the 15th of December and one on the 28th. There was no explanation as to why he would not issue the full amount as David has instructed him to do. (Perhaps I should have only paid half the amount for the service?!!) The damage occurred on the 17th of November. In my attempt to be flexible and understanding, I said that was fine. However, John did not keep his word, issuing the 1st check on the 17th of December and I have yet to have received the 2nd check that was to be issued on the 28th of December. My vehicle is still damaged. I have been asking to speak to David since the beginning of December. I have not received one phone call from him since the Monday following the day of the damage. I have asked John REPEATEDLY to speak to David. Either he is not telling David that I want to speak with him, or David is completely ignoring my request. Either way, it’s awful customer service, What reputable owner refuses to speak with customers?! I contacted John on the 8th of January and he informed me that the 2nd check was mailed on the 7th of January— this is the same that John himself stated was to be issued on the 28th of December! I still have not received one phone call from David. I reached out to John on the 18th of January and still have not received any call/text from him. This is how this company treats their customers. My vehicle remains damaged, and the owner remains illusive, and John remains unreliable. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. And I am still waiting on a phone call from David! On top of this, the truck broke down three times during the move because it did not have coolant in it. We finally get it up and running, and then they pull back off the road at the next exit because they “needed gas”..why didn’t we get gas when we were pulled over at the gas station putting coolant in the truck??!!

   Do Not Use This Company - Rude.

   *DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*Using 1st Class moving Company was the absolute WORSE experience that I have had moving.  One of the 3 drivers was very rude and used profanity around my child.  They took excessive smoke breaks.  Changed how they should be paid in the middle of my move.  Made up extra fees once my items were on the truck. To top it off they left their sweat all over my things..GROSS! There are many companies to choose from DO NOT CHOOSE THEM!

   Rubbish.

   Arrived 2 hours late. broke our buffet, threw boxes to each other when loading the truck. broke a mosaic plate in a box marked fragile.   most disappointing was when we rang Sean the owner, he offered no apology or concern and wiped his hands of it. this guy is a cowboy, do not use this company and go with a professional one who will be there on time!
