   All in all, I had a great experience with 24/7. The guys that moved me were on time, courteous, and great to deal with. 24/7 was even flexible on changing move dates and being super professional. My review is based on their professionalism and damages and the ability to resolve it. I initially found 24/7 through Yelp and was stoked on all of the positive reviews. Hired them. Upon reading their T&C their insurance carries a $.60/lb. policy. Unfortunately for me, I have all high end expensive items, so sixty cents a pound would barely put a dent in replacement cost of a $3,000 headboard or $1,200 dresser. So, obviously, I found outside insurance to cover everything. Come move day, everything went pretty smoothly. Out of everything there were a few pieces that were damaged getting put into the truck (a concrete sidewalk was used as staging while loading). But I get it.. accidents happen, that's what insurance is for. My issues started when it came time to file the insurance claim. Because a few large mirrors were only wrapped in cellophane and placed on concrete, there were a few chips and cracks to the frame of them. Unknown to me or the movers, the insurance required that they be crated in order for insurance to cover them. I figured, no big deal, 24/7 will just give me $.60 per pound (over 100 pounds each) and that will help with the cost of getting them repaired or replaced. Not only did they give me a little more than their insurance coverage, but the owner personally came to my place and cut the check. All around great customer service. Here's to hoping I never have to move again, but if it is within the state I will definitely be using 24/7.
