Moving Experience.
Please beware of hidden added costs! Sales Rep - James very helpful in the beginning but did not discuss that most deliveries are "shuttled" to another truck for additional charges. The driver of the 18-wheeler truck then had to locate another truck because it was too large to get into the apartment complex. He also then hired non-professional movers from Craigslist to move items. Of course, there were more additional charges which had to be paid in cash. The move was not completed until late evening. I have tried to contact owners several times regarding the driver's additional charges. I was told they would call back but have not heard back after one week. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
