   Amazing experience

   Had an amazing experience with A Class Moving. Everyone is super friendly and professional from Shelly our relocation consultant to Joe & Nate our movers. They packed everything super protected as if it was their own furniture. Amazing service at a great price. I will use their service again in the future in need again.

   A Class Moving deserves all the praise! Right from the beginning, they made the entire moving process as effortless as possible. Jennifer, my sales rep, patiently handled numerous calls from me, calming my nerves. The professionalism displayed in wrapping items was unparalleled. The amount of care taken, using numerous blankets and tape, was truly remarkable. Joe in dispatch was exceptional in coordinating everything, and the delivery team kept me informed throughout, arriving within minutes of the estimated time. They efficiently unloaded everything, placing items in their respective rooms and assembling furniture. It was an impressive experience! While I hope this is my forever home, if I ever had to move again, A Class Moving would be my first choice! Highly recommended!

   Ive always said that professional movers are the best service Ive ever paid money for, and A Class Moving was no exception. We opted for full-service: packing & moving, and it was the easiest, least stressful move Ive ever had. Getting a quote was super simple and they were very responsive to all my questions. The estimate was very detailed, no surprise costs! I also chose to rent boxes from Gorilla Bins- highly recommend- so we saved a bunch on materials. The moving team (led by Alex) was efficient and comprehensive. I would use A Class Moving again in a heartbeat.

   Stay away from this scam moving company!!!

   I hired this company for my move from Washington, D.C. to California, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving service. When I initially spoke to them over the phone, they provided an estimated quote that fit within my budget. However, after they packed my belongings, the price unexpectedly doubled with no clear explanation or updated documentation prior to charging me. Upon delivery in California, I was overcharged for a “flight of stairs” fee. The company’s own contract states that “12 steps = 1 flight.” The movers had to go up fewer than 12 steps, yet I was charged $75 for a full flight. When I attempted to point out this discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge it and demanded full payment before releasing my belongings. They also accepted my payment via Zelle only. Additionally, multiple items were damaged during the move — including furniture, trophies, clothing, and kitchenware. When I filed a claim, the company informed me that compensation was limited to $0.60 per pound, which is not a fair reflection of the damage caused. They eventually offered me only $60 in total, which I declined. Customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be no direct phone support or supervisory contact. Only one person responds via email, and it took two months for them to reply to my written complaint. When they finally did, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This company doesn’t even have a legit website. This company engaged in misleading pricing, charged unjustified hidden fees, and failed to handle my property or my complaint with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor — stay away from this moving company and save your money, time, and sanity!

   In summary, the individuals we hired to assist with our move from CT to Texas have proven to be highly unprofessional and unethical in their conduct. Initially, we were impressed by the quote provided by their sales representative, Miss Jennifer, and proceeded with their services. However, on the final day of pickup, we encountered numerous issues. The team, led by Joseph and the supposed owner of the company, arrived with a crew of four and immediately escalated the final payment to more than double the agreed amount. They demanded cash before commencing the move, knowing that we were pressed for time as we needed to vacate the following day. Feeling coerced, we reluctantly agreed to their terms. Throughout the process, the team exhibited disrespectful and intimidating behavior. They not only helped themselves to our property, including our kitchen, without permission but also engaged in abusive conduct and threatened us. Additionally, they manipulated us into signing bogus documents and prevented us from leaving until their demands were met. Their actions were not only unprofessional but also potentially criminal. They attempted to conceal their identities, using different names for payment and refusing to provide clear information when questioned. Furthermore, their behavior was particularly inappropriate around female members of our household. Overall, our experience with this moving company has been deeply disappointing and distressing. We feel compelled to warn others about their unethical practices and urge caution when considering their services. We are deeply concerned about the theft, vandalism, and damage of items valued at thousands of dollars. Despite our efforts to seek clarification and resolution, the compensation offered amounted to a mere $65. Subsequent attempts to communicate were met with silence, and our phone numbers were blocked. It is evident that the company's conduct is highly questionable, as they consistently deflect responsibility by transferring us from one individual to another, all seemingly interconnected. This practice appears deliberate and serves to exacerbate the situation. Moreover, their representatives have displayed alarming behavior, characterized by abuse, harassment, bullying, and a lack of professionalism. We have escalated the matter, along with concerns regarding their company's conduct, to several responsible organizations and law enforcement agencies. We are currently awaiting further action to be taken. Our primary objective is to raise awareness among potential customers about the fraudulent activities of A Class Moving Company with the ultimate aim of shutting down their fraudulent operations. We are actively pursuing all available avenues to achieve these objectives, including legal recourse and engagement with relevant authorities.
