   We have used On Time Moving LLC two times now for moving. They have always been incredibly efficient, careful with our possessions, and very nice. For our last move, we were quite disorganized and the movers were all very understanding and kind. They were careful to disassemble and reassemble our furniture exactly as before. Hopefully we won't be moving again any time soon, but if we do, use them again and highly recommended

   So Nice and Careful With Everything

   A On Time Moving LLC went great. I was kept up to date on arrival timing and they showed up when they were expected. They worked really fast, but also took great care in wrapping everything up that wasn't boxed up. All workers were professional and courteous.

   Fraud

   They kept my deposit after their subcontractor refused to move me because I did not pay additional money. Do not use them. Take a chance with someone else. The owner refuses to speak with me. I am contacting the Florida Attorney general.

   All they are is a broker who doesn't give a crap once they have the money. Do your self a favor and do some research on this company before you choose them.

   The movers that where contracted out by this company stole or lost over $2000 of our items and the company doesn't do anything to help get your items back. Do not use this company.

    Perfect Scam !!!!

    This company cheated me at every step. In fact, some broker (Marathon Logistics) called me, and they have assured to pick the household items by the specified dates and to deliver at the destination. At that time, I was not aware that this is a broker company and transport company is different. After so many hassles, some local company called (on time moving) and arranged to pick the items, but at the end, they said the volume is more (almost double as compared to earlier estimated by Marathon company) and conveyed that I need to pay more at the destination once items are delivered. Next, items were not delivered on time, and it took almost few more weeks to reach. The transporter delivered items, but all were in damaged condition, and few were missing too. They took all the money in cash and ran away without fixing any assembled items such as beds, sofa, dining table etc. When I spoke to the broker, they provided some website to lodge the claim which was immediately done. After sending all the pictures of damaged items, they accepted only few dollars (peanut) and asked to submit the notarized copy which was submitted well in time. Even after 4 - 5 months, they have sent nothing. This company is a real scam and all folks to be arrested by Police for cheating. Along with this company, Marathon Logistics people also to be arrested who are the real culprit. Please don't use either of these companies anymore. They don't care after receiving the payment. More or less, these companies to be blacklisted in the market and should not be allowed to do any business.
