   Hire at Your Own Risk! They Stood me Up!

   An absolute nightmare. They did not show up at all! No cancelation, no notification, no sorry. NOTHING! I scheduled a move with them months in advance and had a confirmation email and even had a conversation a few days before the scheduled move to confirm the negotiated price and the details of the move. I also exchanged text messages with the owners of the company, again confirming the address and time, etc. Day of the move they DO NOT SHOW! I call the number again and again and again and they DO NOT RESPOND! Fortunately I did not have to pay a deposit so there wasn't money lost on them, but it created an absolute nightmare scenario where I had to move out that day and had no truck or people to help. If I thought I could get something from them out of a lawsuit I would, but they are such a miserable little enterprise that it's not worth it. Instead it's better to just let the world know that this operation is a fraud on the internet.

   As a company it is necessary for us to atleast cover our expenses on a move. This move was scheduled in advance by an employee who no longer schedules moves due to inability to follow correct pricing procedure. It was explained to this customer that the rate he was quoted was far below what we could charge and be able to cover overhead/expenses, nevermind make a profit. The customer was unwilling to commit to a more reasonable rate, we did not take a deposit, and we did inform the customer that he should look elsewhere for a moving company. We understand moving is stressful and that we will not always receive good or even decent reviews. The notion of a lawsuit is absolutely ridiculous considering that no money was lost and no damage or loss of property resulted. We take this review with a grain of salt and hope that our numerous past happy customers and repeat customers far outweigh one customer's bad experience. We are a small family owned and operated business and it is difficult for us to establish ourselves amidst the moving giants that are in our area. We will continue to serve our customers to the best of our ability and will learn and grow from every experience good or bad. From this experience we will be making changes to policies and procedures to ensure that we will never have any misunderstandings/incidents like this again, and as the owner I do appreciate the constructive criticism, no matter how slanderous the content.
