Moving.
This company completely lacked customer service skills, is overpriced and, to top off their lack of administrative abilities, managed to damage a large item. They do not honor their word and overcharged me for their services. I managed to speak to almost everyone in their administrative office and could not find one courteous person, including the president of the company who was completely unaccommodating.I would highly discourage anyone from using them for moving or storage needs.
