   This company is very professional. They squeeze me in when my back was against the wall. They help bail me out stress-free and made me not feel alone to this process.I would highly recommend if you need a moving company I would definitely use them.

   WARNING: Avoid AB Movers - Cherry Hill Road, Haddonfield, NJ Using AB Movers for a move from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts resulted in deceptive pricing, severe delays, and extortive payment demands. Do not trust this company or their representative, Greg. Key Details and Evidence of Unprofessional Conduct: Bait-and-Switch Pricing: The initial quote was $1,800 for 9 boxes, a queen bed, a bureau, a sofa, a coffee table, and a TV stand. Even after removing the sofa from the inventory, AB Movers inflated the price to $2,400 on pickup day, forcing an unfair decision under time constraints. Unexplained Delivery Delays: Belongings were expected the same day (Tuesday), but movers placed them in storage without a clear delivery timeline. Delivery was delayed by three days until Friday which we were not told about ahead of time. The expectation was that they would pick up the furnishings and head straight to delivery in MA. Hidden Fees and Extortion Tactics: At delivery, movers added an undisclosed $300 fee for the walk distance to the apartment door. Suspicious Payment Method: Movers halted unloading and demanded immediate Venmo payment—including the extra $300—to an individual account unaffiliated with AB Movers before completing the job. Final Cost: $2,700 plus the cost of staying in a hotel for three nights because of no furniture from Tuesday evening until delivery on Friday. Conclusion AB Moving Services uses unethical business practices, unpredictable pricing, and suspicious payment demands. Do not hire them under any circumstances.

   TERRIBLE!

   The ABSOLUTE WORST experience with a company. My original sales man did his job well. He was quick moving through my furniture on original quote, didn't break down pieces of furniture like my bed having more than a frame and mattress (because most beds don't?), gave me an amazing quote, then warned me of other companies who tend to give low quotes and then up the price on you when you add more before moving day. EXACTLY what was done here. Read every one of these one star reviews, and it is exactly what happened to us. We apparently went from needing not much space at all (with most of our boxes, plastic crates, and large furniture figured into the quote) and when I went room to room 2 days before pick up, I needed triple the space and 5k more in cost. I did need to add some additional furniture, but it was a few small pieces, a bed and dresser, and some outdoor furniture. Nothing compared to what had been quoted. We said forget the extra cost, rented a u-haul and moved the extra furniture ourselves. Had we not lost our nearly $900 deposit, I would have said forget it from the get go. READ YOUR CONTRACT (if you can because the minute I signed mine the link to review it disappeared and never was able to get it emailed to my personal email for some reason)!! The pick up drivers showed up 3 hours late outside the 4 hour timeframe. I had to call twice to get an answer of when they would be there. My stuff was picked up, and put into storage for nearly 2 weeks without word or update on when our things would be delivered. (Just FYI, your need your furniture date is only the first day they can deliver and will NOT be guaranteed to be there in any sort of timely fashion. And guess what, you just have to deal with it because they have your things!) I called multiple times for a date of delivery and was told time after time it wasn't ready, they were working on it, call back in 2 days. Then the drop off drivers finally showed up, and I don't have my mattress for our one bed they were transporting. Who doesn't need their things timely? Basically i've been told it is what it is...no real help, nothing can be done. Absolute TERRIBLE customer service over the phone. Call from a manager, forget it! I've asked, no return call was ever given for any of my calls even to nail down a delivery date. This was a stressful move going nearly 800 miles away, and this company only ADDED to that stress. I also have several items that were damaged in the process. So, if you want headache, to be out of a ton of money unexpectedly, and want to add to your stress, then go ahead and hire these people. NEVER again will I use a moving company. I don't even want to give one star here. NEGATIVE and beyond NOT GOOD is all I have to say.
