   Professional and fast

   Our experience with Marco and team was great. They moved us cross country from Arizona to Illinois. All of our belongings were packed carefully, and the team was courteous and professional throughout the experience. The best part was they delivered on time and even on a holiday. I highly recommend and would use them again!

   Cross country, small move

   ABC Moving Systems did an excellent job moving my dad across country. The packing crew was courteous and thorough, taking great care to pack things safely. The delivery date was prompt and all pieces arrived safely. Customer service was patient and answered all our questions. I sincerely appreciate the work they did! Thank you!

   I used ABC Moving for my move last month and they did excellent work! We went with the expensive package and had their team packing everything for us. We moved out of a five-bedroom house during a blizzard and these guys didn't complain once! They were quick, friendly, courteous and most importantly professional. We got our furniture and boxes last week and could not be happier with their packing, NOTHING WAS BROKEN!Highly recommend.

   Solid work, minus one missing item

   Firstly, I DO NOT WANT TO DISCREDIT ANYBODY'S ELSE'S REVIEWS. I'm just speaking from my experience with this company. I can't stress how reading these reviews AFTER pick up gave me panic attacks, so I just wanted to maybe add a little comfort/hope (whether it's false hope or not) to anybody who is going through the same process as I did. I initially booked the move through National Movers, which then assigned me to ABC Moving Systems for my move from Chicago to Boulder, CO. I've worked in the logistics industry in the past, so the concept of a 3PL was not foreign to me (it seems like a lot of people are confused when this happens, but National Movers openly stated all over the contract that it was a 3PL). I did inventory with National Movers 3 days before pickup and I was quoted $4,800. On the day of pickup, Jose and his crew came out and picked up my stuff at two locations (my garage and a storage unit) at no extra charge. On the day of pick-up, I had them pack up two additional coffee tables and a sectional that I didn't list in the initial inventory list. As a result, they bumped my cost up to $5,250. Whether you think it should've cost $450 for those three additional items is up to, but I thought it was fair enough to not argue on the spot about it. They did a really good job of packing up all the stuff tightly and with tons of moving blankets and wrapping paper. I signed the documents and Jose said drop off would be 0-10 Business days after my first requested delivery date, which was a week from pick-up. Fast forward a little bit, and I'm waiting in Boulder, CO. Here is the part where I wish there was a little bit more communication. I had to call Daniel a few times to get updates, but he was nice enough on the phone. After 3 business days had gone by since the first delivery date, he said a truck would be leaving that week. It arrived on Saturday (8 business days after my first delivery date request, so within the time frame). I had to pay an additional $150 fee for shuttle because my apartment complex couldn't fit an 18-wheeler which I was annoyed by but I think I was so happy to have my furniture arrive after reading all the negative reviews that I just forked it over. The two men who helped move my belonging in did a very GOOD job. I helped a little with the unpacking (because I had an appointment later in the day), but everything was intact and they helped with assembling some of the furniture. The ONLY reason I'm giving 4-stars instead of 5 is that my headboard was left at the warehouse. They said they would deliver it later, but it never came. It's replaceable, and given peoples' reviews of the claims process, I don't even want to bother going through it for a few bucks, but I was disappointed not to have it in the end. My recommendations with people before going through this process: 1. DO NOT have smaller valuables moved by movers. It's so easy to pinch, and the way the moving/logistics industry works, it's very easy for lumpers to snag things here and there. If you have valuable items and can have them shipped or driven with you to your final moving place, DO IT. My fiancee and I were moving to Boulder together and already had some wedding registry items delivered to Chicago. We drove all those valuables out to Boulder ourselves in our SUV because we didn't want to risk anything being damaged/stolen in the move. 2. Try being friendly as long as the company hasn't gone past the deadline of your first delivery date + 10BD. I feel like Daniel was more honest with me because I was nice/had small talk through gritted teeth even when we were approaching the deadline. Maybe that's me being naive, but I like to think it helped with transparency.

   SHADY THEFT SCAM RING

   This was my first and LAST experience with a moving company! ABC Moving Systems are the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Daniel is dismissive and non responsive to calls and text messages. I went through a 3rd Party to arrange my move from Il to Missouri and was quoted $2195 per cuft. This cost me $800 more money than quoted... When the crew showed up with a 24ft U-Haul truck the lead guy Jose immediately said that the move was miss quoted and will go over- $3.00 per cuft... They crew broke items in my house and tried to hide it. They left trash all over my house. They left tools around my house after they left. They left parts of a bed and was not responsive for 3 days then finally came back to collect. In Missouri they were unwilling to put the furniture back together THEY took apart in Il. DO NOT USE AND ASK YOUR 3rd PARTY NOT TO USE THESE CLOWNS! of course no money was given back for this horrible experience. They are pieces of Shit!!!

   STAY AWAY

   They pick and choose which of your belongings they decide to steal. If you have items in original boxes and they decide they want them, they disappea. Tools and large jacks that cannot be boxed up will also disappear. They will tack on extra charges and claim they will be "refunded" at the end of move if not used. That money you will lose! STAY AWAY!!!!!

   NEVER use these people

   I wish i could leave a negative star rating. Please, someone take away their license. They act so professional until they got their cash and left. They take cash so that there is no trace. They lost household items, they strapped items to the back of the truck and it got rained on. They are scammers. Daniel is literally a terrible person, he called 50 times to get what he wanted and now we are trying to call him and hes vanished. Daniel i hope you read this because honestly what you are doing to people is wrong. If you see this, answer my text and calls. Please stay away from this company. I know so many people who are moving and i could have given him so much business but i will personally make sure that people stay away from this company and hope they go out of business.

    Never, Ever Work with Them.

    Do not ever hire this company. My move was supposed to be a same-day pickup and delivery, small job. They came and loaded up all my things and never arrived at the destination. I have not heard from anyone in over 24 hours. Their customer service mail box is full and they do not answer emails. There is no way for me to get my things, and I genuinely am starting to believe this is a complete scam and I won’t see my things again. There has been absolutely no communication. I took 3 days off of work and they still have not arrived. Please do not ever work with this company.
