   Impressive.

   The movers are very professional and welcoming. They were on time and what I was most surprised by was the speed that they worked. Charlie came to my house and gave an 8 hour estimate. Each man knew his job including two college kids who didn't take a break the whole time. The crew wound up finishing at 6 and I still had time for dinner. Compared to my other experiences this was much better.

   This is a review of Able Metro Moving and Storage in Edison, NJ. The movers didn't know how to get from my home to the storage unit, which was literally 3 miles away. They got lost and it took 1.25 hours to go the 3 miles. During this, I called the office and was told "I'll call you right back when I locate my drive". I subsequently left 3 messages and no one ever called even to confirm that the movers had arrived. This was a 90 degree day and I was sitting in my car, pregnant, waiting for this truck to show up. When I returned back to the house, I noticed that the molding on a doorframe was virtually stripped as they had clearly forced a couch out the door instead of taking the feet off the couch. I left 3 more message about this, and again no one bothered to call back. They got their payment and that is clearly what they are all about. What a shame for them, as I will be goign elsewhere to move out of storage in a few months.
