   Great experience!

   This is great moving company! When my family and I decided to move to Virginia we knew having a 2 year old we would need a moving company. AEY was one of the first companies we spoke to and really stood out to us, no pressure into making the reservation immediately and encouraged us to collect other quotes. After speaking with a few other moving companies AEY was not the cheapest but they always answered our phone calls and had the answers to all our questions as they came up. This made us feel comfortable so we made a deposit and set up our move. Let’s just say everything went so smooth with them it was like a dream, they reached out to us a week before pick up going over all details of the move and adjusted our inventory and then on pick up day showed up in the window they promised and ten days later everything showed up to our brand new home in Virginia. We have recommended them to a few family members that are moving soon and would recommend them to anyone I meet. Thank you for helping us get our family moved in.

   Today, I encountered AEY Logistics as they brought a client into the factory in which I work. It's the greatest movers I've ever met by far. They were so nice, and they offered good rates. I can certainly make use of them and market them to all my customers for my next pass.

   Amazing Mover

   While moving, all mirrors, glass materials, dressers, and bedding were wrapped meticulously in blankets for added protection. They were all rounded the best and had a great attitude towards my family and me. I got so impressed with them. Highly approach their service!

   No Complaints

   On-Time! Very fast! And very accommodating. My daughter's new house is three floors and brand new. The washer and dryer are on the 3rd floor, and they stack in a closet. These guys didn't even flinch! Even when my daughter made them put moving blankets up the carpeted stairs. Thank You Guys for making the moving day so easy! I will never stop recommending these guys to my friends and family!

    Not recommended

    Probably should have written this much sooner. Move was actually in 2022 ( Job No: N8285508). None of the scheduled parts of the move happened on schedule. Only thing that happened accurately was the immediate transfer of funds. No one from the mover visited to estimate the amount to be move so I could get an accurate cost estimate. Cost increased (tripled), move dates/times not met, felt like I was being boxed into a corner with no alternatives. Furniture pickup was 48 hours late, did not tell me it would not fit on their truck until loaded, delivery to destination was 5 days late, no reimbursement for broken/missing items, absolutely no response from AEY or JJR Services. Sent numerous requests, made several phone calls, left messages, finally filed complaint with Florida, Virginia, and New Jersey Consumer Affair Divisions. Was told that because is crossed state lines, it would be forwarded to the Department of Transportation (Federal). Haven't heard from them either. Not a good customer experience. I should have read the earlier reviews before I signed the contract or sent money. Then the movers (drivers) had the audacity to request a tip.
